Postal Locations

Merrill Road Post Office should be taken care of outside by government. The landscaping is terrible and way overgrown. People in this area and the people who work here deserve better.

Seems like black people are just the laziest bunch of people you've ever seen . And can't get something as simple as organizing mail right . Welcome to Jacksonville FL where all gov agencies are ran the same here .

I am very upset today. I went to the post office in my area, Trying to contact corporate is useless. the clerk at the post with the blonde wig who is a Black woman, proceeded to talk at me very rudely and very loud stating that I needed a tracking number in which I have one. when I stated she was being rude she decides to add a white female customer in the conversation. the issue is my package stated it was delivered on 04/12/22 at 4:57pm and It was not in my mailbox at all. and yesterday I emailed the company the package comes from and they emailed this morning stating that the postman marked my mailbox as vacant and I have been living in my apartment for almost 3 years going on 4. this happens often where this postman delivers mail to the wrong address and he or she comes out so late to deliver the mail. It said that when I was younger the postal worker came out earlier not as late as mine does. I am very upset to be treated like a not important customer and I had to go out of my way to get my own package because my mailman marked my mailbox as vacant. I tried to file a complaint but the automated system reaches no one or yet alone an agent. which is very frustrating. I am very disappointed in our delivery system. It's sad and ridiculous to be treated in such a manner by clerks and management and the postal worker who didn't put my mail in my box. when they are at fault for not delivering a customers package.

Why is it so hard for the mail carriers to do they’re job. I never receive all of my mail. They continue to place others mailman in my box. Is it that hard of a position.

Why y’all can’t never answer the phone IDIOTS and send people mail to the right location. DO YALL JOB DOING NOTHING BIT SITING AROUND CONPLAING BOUT CUSTOMERS CALLING CAUSE YALL CANT GET IT RIGHT

MISSING MAIL. I am signed up for informed delivery. It is rare we receive ALL our mail. Today 1/26/2021 informed delivery show's 7 items...WE DID NOT GET ANY AT ALL. Yesterday 1/25/2021 we should of gotten 10 items in the mail WE GOT 3 OF THE 10. YOU CAN NOT CALL OUR LOCAL USPS...NO ONE ANSWER'S. AND WHEN YOU SUBMIT MISSING MAIL..USPS DOES NOT LOOK INTO IT. THEY DO NOT CONTACT YOU. WE ARE MISSING MAIL THAT HAS OUR PRIVATE INFO!! COURT DOC'S WITH SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER'S AND ACCOUNT NUMBER'S.

I hate USPS. I wish nobody i order from would use them. Marked my package as delivered to individual.. Nothing delivered to my house. Tried to call several time with no answer. let it ring 30 minutes once. ZERO customer service.

The guy on our route scans stuff w/o delivering and leaves the mailbox open all the time so we never know if something is just not here yet even though it says it is or stolen... its tiring to run out every time it rains to see if the box is open too-

I have called 6 times to talk to the post office, 4 x the phone rang no answer 2 x someone answered and hung up...not a good reputation for this public service facility...shocking I know!

I am sueing I have put in 9 times for a change of address form I have been in isolation for caona virus if I have to come down there to get you to frigging change it I want 1.5 million

I can't seem to find another way to let you know that the parking lot has pot holes which need to be filled--very dangerous for people who walk across the lot.

I am not receiving my important mail few months ago, I am getting worry and I called no one answer the phone. I change my former last name to my maiden name but I still get mail from my former name. Where is my mail and why are they sending it back to the sender, my sister send it with my former last name and they did send it back to her.

I was here ALL day today. I got an email stating delivery attempt failure no secure location...there was NO paper notice left on my door!!! I live in a house where my packages are left on my porch all the time. Not happy at all!!!

I have lived at my residence for almost six years. This last year has been a complete nightmare with my carrier. Most everything I do i.e., bill pay is done online; there for not very much mail comes in my box. Everytime I look around I have a freakin piece of paper in my box saying your box was full please pick up your mail at the post office! I have to constantly have to go to the post office to find out where is my mail! and when they give it to me everything they have can fit and my box and some. So I started checking my box at least once a week which is usually on a Sat or Sun. This last time I went to my box, expecting a package that had been noted "delivered" online, a note, yet again was in there that read "vacant, move utf" WHAT THE F'?!!! I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS NEW CARRIER I CAN SCREAM!!! NOW I HAVE TO GO YET AGAIN TO THE POST OFFICE AND HOPE THAT MY MAIL IS THERE BECAUSE NOW THEY ARE SAYING I'VE MOVED!!! THIS IS MY HOME WHERE I PAY A MORTGAGE TO A BANK!! I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE!!!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO YOUR JOB!!! QUIT!!

I just wanted to thank my carrier for throwing my package at the front screen door. It is a birthday present and I hope he did not break it. I know he chucked it because I was 5 feet from the door and herd the loud bang, it startled me. Then there on the porch was my package and the driver driving off.No care, respect for others property or pride in doing the job right. If he does not like the job then find something else. Maybe this is why more and more people are using other carriers for their shipping needs.
