Hello Monument Postmaster! Please resume holiday and Recognition postal stamps for our 32225 community: we would like Christmas stamps, Black History stamps, Floral stamps, Entertainers and The Arts and Valentine’s Day stamps. Thank you Sincerely, Dr Bealyer

This review is for our wonderful mail carrier Shelby. Shelby is amazing at what she does and has the kindest soul. A package of mine was lost over a month ago and she did not forget about it and went out of her way to help me try and located it / get it back. Shelby made me feel cared about and helped restore my faith in USPS. Thank you Shelby!!!! We appreciate you endlessly. -Kaitlin

This is the second time this year I've rcvd "delivery confirmations". The first was for VA suppled eye glasses that were NEVER delivered. The latest was for a Keurig shipped coffee maker (overnight but delivery claimed a few days later) NOT DELIVERED. Trace? BS! NO HELP AT ALL! Nice folk at the PO... but NOT VERY GOOD at delivering mail!

Horrible experience w this post office . Lost package, no one wants to take responsibility . They never scanned it so no way to track it. Six plus calls only answered once. Said he would check into lost package and call me back . That was six days ago.

I have received two different occasions that my package was delivered in mailbox, only not to have it..I personally go to post office to complain and because they carrier signed off as package delivered, I basically was cheated!!! This doesn't seem like a fair policy, what if carrier isn't honest, and collecting package 🤔

Bad deliveries, Twice this week we got several other peoples mail and other people on block got ours. Today 12/24/20 we got both neighbors mail on each side and one got all of ours.

My package was picked up by this office on 9/14 from the UPS Store on Atlantic. The package was never scanned, so I can't track it. Is it lost in your sorting facility? You never answer the phone. Ever.

This is second time in a row that we have stopped delivery of our mail only to not have the full weeks worth of mail delivered after returning home. My wife clicks the appropriate boxes, however we get back and only resume the normal mail without receiving the mail while we were out. Last time it took a full month to receive.
