After 50 rings on the telephone I hung up. Where was the Operator located. this is not the first time that i have called this office


I ordered some clothing online which is the only way I can shop because I have epilepsy. I was notified it was delivered, I opened my door and it wasn’t there so I waited until the next day for 2 reasons to see if would come then and because I had a seizure and couldn’t get out that day. When I walked up to the mail the next day 5lbs of clothes were shoved into my tiny little box. The mail lady was there I asked why didn’t she use the big box or deliver them and she said as long as the fit or shoved into the box it was ok. That is not ok when I had absolutely no room for any other mail to be delivered . I don’t ever want that to happen again. Why can’t she use the big box or deliver it to my door like UPS WOULD HAVE??

This post office has one of the rudest managers. I paid extra for certified mail for a legal document to be delivered and the post of office lost it. When I went to ask the manager, all she could say is if it isn't sent 1st class then they are not responsible for it getting lost. So basically you are paying for a service you have no guarantee you will receive. That is a scam if you ask me.
