I love this Post Office! I’ve had a mail box here for many, many years. They are Always friendly courtesy, and make you feel they really care. If A mistake is made on your part or theirs, they do everythin they can to resolve it quickly. Oh yes, this is the Post Office for me. Thanks Dorothy Melvin

Mail delivery has gone down the toilet. I remember when the post office was respected for hiring smart and reliable employees at a great wage. Now days the mail carrier looks sketchy, doesn’t confirm address before depositing mail, and isn’t very honest (sticky fingers). I almost feel like this is all to get more PO Boxes rented.

How do I report an overflowing outside collection box? I went to the post office at 11:15 p.m. tonight 12-16-21 to drop mail in the box. It was overflowing. The mail was all but dropping out. This is an opportunity for THIEVES to make off with Christmas monies. I am concerned.

This post office is the worst! I live in Newberry Florida. I have a business that sends out several packages a day, and for some reason they get hung up here at the Jacksonville post office. I have had to refund four people today because of this issue. Somehow Jacksonville loses my packages and my customers never received them. I have lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars because of this post office!

Why, do most of the mail carriers that work the zip code 32254, deliver mail at wrong house daily? I have to go down to house that has no address to get my mail, and so do other people. Is this a way to get other people mail purposely? This every 2 days. You need to check the people that work 32254, especially especially Fitzgerald Street.I need this to stop ASAP!!

I have tried calling USPS 1100 Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32203; Phone: 904-366-4892 - and the mailbox is full. I'm calling to try and find out where my mail is that left Anchorage, AK on July 11th, and just arrived in Jacksonville FL 32203 on July 21st. Tracking keep saying "The item is currently in transit to the destination. I've contacted USPS Customer Support numerous times. Even received a Service Request number, in which no one has responded. It would be nice if you talk to someone that can truly help you.

My certified letter mailed from Gainesville 6/11/2020 has not reached its LA destination as of 6/22/2020. Tracking indicates it is still in FL: It's arrived in Jacksonville twice and Gainesville 5 times. I hate to see what my mail looks like after going through all the machines that many times. No one answers a phone. 800-ASK-USPS will not contact JAX or GVL where the letter seems to be going back & forth. Never leaving the state of FL. I've talked to 800-ASK-USPS twice. I got a call 6/18 from the destination LA post office. That is the only response I have received.
