I shipped a package on July 26,2019. It was priority mail. Five days later the receiver texted me that the package was not received. I went to the post office to inquire about the status of the package. The tracking showed that the package was located at the main processing facility. Three days later I checked the package status of the package. I was told that there was no information on the package. I went back to the post office and was told that they cannot find any information on the package. So where the hell is my package? You know what they told me was to file a complaint. Guess what, I filled out the form online and was unable to submit it. The average wait time for customer service is one hour. You leave a call back number, no call back. Who do I contact to resolve this problem? I know the last place where the package was. How did it suddenly disappear from the tracking system?
INCIDENT #1- It should never take a month to receive a package that was sent in the same city. The shipper (who is in Jax) mailed my package and it arrived at Carver Station on 01/31. After 2 weeks I went to the post office to see where my package was no one knew anything, even though the tracking showing my package was still sitting at Carver Station. I did not receive my package until MARCH! That is ridiculous! INCIDENT #2! 03/08 I am waiting on a package (for my business) and it needed to be to me BY 03/08 in order for me to get it to my customer ON TIME! No package received... even though the tracking stated it would be delivered on 03/08. I check the tracking on 03/09 and it states that it's at the post office being held per customer request! I NEVER requested that the package be held! I need my mail and packages delivered in a timely manner.
