I have a tenant in my house and he is very nasty to me . he is moving out and he is refusing to give me back the mailbox key , Can I have the mailbox lock change. Does anyone know if the post office can do that.
Every time I'm expecting packages of any kind, the tracking info will say it's been with them for DAYS sometimes WEEKS before I actually recieve the products but they'll put one envelope of spam mail into the mailbox. At this moment, I was supposed to receive a product 2 weeks ago and tracking says it arrived with them a week ago.
I have regularly shipped small packages from my rural route mail box for years. I purchase my shipping online and print the USPS Label that is provided. Since 2016 I have shipped nearly 1500 packages with never a problem whatsoever.
Called Eustis post office from Dallas, Texas regarding a postal error on package I sent intended for Deland, Florida. Because of zip code error, package ended up in Eustis.
The person I spoke with was one of the most friendly and professional persons I have spoken to in a long time. I did not get her name but she was outstanding and should be recognized and commended.
Add: maybe she can do customer service training for some of our postal workers here, just a thought.....
absolute worst post office packages always lost in the mail extream delays with no ansers as to why leave zero notice on fake delivery attemps of mail neededing to be signed for takes over an hour if youre even lucky for some to ever answer the phone there refuasl to deliver mail directly to my door in a mobile home park when requested of being disabled demand a hardship notice new mangement is needed bad at this office
Postal carriers are irresponsible they desperately need training on reading address correctly my packages have been sent to different address and others countless times and others just have disappeared!!! I’m very disappointed there are plenty of people that need a job that can do the work that is required.. just read the address it’s not that hard to deliver to the address that’s on the package. They should be fired for sloppy work that’s effecting peoples lives absolutely no excuse ...
VERY FRUSTRATED with the Eustis post office! This is the fourth time in the last month that my mail and packages have gone to the wrong address in my neighborhood!!!
I don’t understand why it’s so hard to read numerical numbers and put them in the right Mail Box!
I’ve called several times to speak with someone at Eustis Post Office and I ALWAYS get put on hold. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
Government paid job and you can’t even read numbers correctly!
Our service at the Eustis PO is absolutely horrible! There are numerous errors on deliveries and no one wants to take responsibility for them.
Pkgs are not delivered, mail is not delivered, mail put in wrong boxes and slips put in the box instead of leaving the pkg which would fit in either the box or additional bigger box.
My neighbors and I have spoken with the Postmaster several times over these issues, he makes no effort to correct them or apologize or accept responsibility!
My Husband is a Disabled Vet and gets his Meds from VA. I also get my Meds from VA, meds are being lost and put in wrong boxes which causes us to drive 60 miles to pick them up or pay for them locally. My Neighbor and I get each other mail all the time, our boxes are close but our names are totally different. He is also a Vet and receiving meds. These are important pkgs.

I was to receive a package today and was informed that the carrier reported that there was NO access. Well that is odd because we are not a gated community and our elevators are not locked until 8pm at night. There should have not been an issue. I just wanted to let you know our policy so that this will not happen again.
twice in the last two weeks i have shipped packages priority mail and had them sent to the wrong place. this last time the package was shipped monday, going only 2 hours away, and has STILL not been delivered on thursday. then they promise to call me back with information and never do. it was shipped priority 2 day mail. I watch it on tracking go to the destination city, then back here, then back again. its now going to take 5 days to get 2 hours away. for the second time! the post office wouldnt even refund me the priority shipping cost because they said "ONLY express mail is guaranteed" poor customer service. they are more interested in making holiday excuses than they are making customers happy, or even feel like they are being handled professionally.
