yes my review is that a package that was in my daughter name got deliver there and we dont live in florida . and when i call they say it was deliver to someone else in florida really i gave the tracking number i got in my email from the company
WHO EVER DELIVERS THE MAIL ON WOOD DRIVE, IS ONE LAZY PERSON!!!!!! HR SHOVED A BOX IN MY MAILBOX JUST A LITTLE SMALLER THAN MY BOX. MY BOX HAS AN EDGE ON ALL 4 SIDES WHERE I COULD NOT GET THE BOX, SO I HAD TO CUT THE BOX TO GET MY MEDICINE.....I LET THE BOX IN MY MAIL BOX TO GIVE HIM A HINT!!!! HE CAME TO MY DOOR AND WAS ANGRY AT ME FOR WHAT I DID!!!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT...!!!!!!!!!!! HE REALLY SHOULD BE FIRED!! PEOPLE, WATCH YOUR MAIL BECAUSE THESE WEIRDOS COULD DO ANYTHING !!!
I've just returned to the area and needed to visit the Post Office. Your web site gives the new address as 2600 Old US-441, but when you click on the link for directions, it takes you to the old location on Donnelly.
This USPS is a joke. I have a package locked in a larger box as it won't fit in my mail box, the key is broken. It won't open. They know about it. Said they called a lock smith that was a week ago and its still not open. They have made NO attempt to get someone here to open it. I called the number listed in phone book it's out of service. I call the number of the internet and it rings and rings and rings ...No Answer. I am now going down to talk to someone I hope, unless their ALL robots.
I just got home from work to find my outgoing mail was not taken today, nor was my mail delivered. The outgoing mail is important and needed to be postmarked by today!!! The failure to leave my mail happens way too often. It seems our mail person will not deliver mail if anyone happens to be parked in front of a mailbox. I live alone and am gone 12 hours a day, so anyone parked in front of my mailbox is not from my home. I have reached the breaking point on this issue. Am I correct that if she has to get out of her vehicle to deliver the mail, then that's what she needs to do? This is ridiculous! Please respond so that I understand what right the mail carrier has to determine when I get my mail delivered. Thank you.

I have spent over 3 hours over two days on hold..local number disconnected.... used auto system. Once again hold hold hold..
How do I reach a real person? Worst customer service ever.. wwas to receive a re delivery on Aug 9. Today is now the 14th. No sign of it??? No one to ask.
