Terrible experience here, got 2 package deliveries scheduled for same day, one came and the other never showed, what's odd is the missing package came 6 hours supposedly before my carrier came at their normal time with 2nd package. When questioned the post office personnel in charge of the investigation said the delivered received was the same as the one that didn't show. So either carrier stole package or someone in post office did and they just blew me off to cover it up. missing pkg was 17.2 lbs and one I got was 16.5 oz, big difference.!
Tavares Post Office is terrible!!! They can seem to deliver bills, but when it comes to packages they are terrible!!!!!! They lose packages the tell customer there nothing they can do, other times customers like myself get smashed packages that the postal drivers drove over and still delivered with stuff inside busted and falling out. Worst of all they have a postman who is rude and steals mail but they won’t do anything about it regardless of the complaints on him!!!! This post office needs serious retraining for their people!!!
Post ofc is nice but have a complaint. Why can't they answer phone at this location? My question has nothing to do with an 800 number has everything to do with their location. Now have to drive to post ofc to ask question. Stupid
Customer service at the Tavares post office is terrible! If you as them to find your package they make all kinds of excuses and act like they don’t want to be bothered. They seriously need to be retrain properly!!!!!!! They know how to be nice to their Boss to get their paycheck though- ain’t that sad
We live in Venetian village and we constantly get the wrong mail delivered to us. My son also in the neighborhood. He had three pieces yesterday and it wasn't even mail near this area. Please tell the postman to slow down.
Picked up a package from my mailbox today around 3:30pm and envelope was empty-looks like it had never been sealed. The package was suppose to have test strips-for diabetic testing in the envelope. I would like to know if they by any chance fell out at our post office. I have called Amazon and the shipper .
