Highly disappointed in the hours at this location. The old PO on Vernon was open 24 hours, easy assess to PO Boxes and kiosk. The new location hours are ridiculous for anyone who works 8-5. PLEASE consider the lobby to remain open until 8-9pm and install a kiosk for those with small home businesses and still work 8-5.

Agree 100 percent! The old location and hours were perfect! The new location and hours are severely lacking. Also the atmosphere is cold along with new strengent rules. Miss everything about our old downtown Post Office.

I dropped a priority mail box in the off hours receptacle and no tracking nor shipping info The person paid 7.50 for this service. What’s going on? Nobody cares anymore!

I love every worker bee at this location. They are incredible at what they do. The tough part for me is your hours. I work for Sutter in Sacramento, and by the time I get home I can barely get my mail, if at all. Your weekend hours are killing me with Sat 7:30-2 and CLOSED on Sunday? So basically I can get my mail on Saturday only. Is there anyway you could create key cards for box holders? I rent here, so I cannot have my mail delivered to my address. Thank you for considering a solution, and thank you for all of your diligent work,:)

Hmmm. They never answered their phone to address simple questions...forcing us to either drive there or to wait on hold for an hour at the 800 number. So I guess they solved that problem by publishing a phone number 916-782-3697 that is NOT IN SERVICE.
