To help the USPS, especially during the pandemic when standing in line is a bad thing, you open a mailing account, print your own priority mail labels, and deliver that priority box to the dropbox location; only to find the dropbox is full or jammed or both. This is a remarkably common occurrence. Come-on man! Empty the fricken thing before you leave, and upon arrival - even if you have to do it in an "after or before business hours" manner. Sheesh!
Here in r mobile home park we have received just horrible postal service. We have boxes now to get are mail in and we where told it would make the delivery better, which is not true, no postal worker wanted the route before we changed from boxes on the homes to lock boxes, because they had to get off the truck and put the mail in each box & it took to long to do the route was what I was told,I buy stuff on line & it said," delivered" I didn't receive the package, then another person in the mobile home brought it down to us. It was delivered to #2 & we are in #46, where do you get 2 from 46. Not the responsibly for are home owners to deliver the mail, It is the carries responsibly to get it to the right #. This goes on all the time in here, and I don't get all my packages returned to me if they get delivered to the wrong #. We all talk around here , I am not the only one & a lot of people DO NOT FIND THEIR PACKAGES PERIOD. THE POSTAL SERVICE HAS A RATING OF F- theses postal works are paid to do their job and they are not doing it period. I am just sick of the postal service, you can not rely on them, no wonder they are losing money, I will not send any thing though the USPS any more.
We have over 50+ LOST Packages from this post office. I will be filing a complaint with the postal inspector. Staff is always RUDE. WE give them the curtesy of leaving them at the counter. WE are an amazon seller and packages should NEVER be returned to us for additional postage. Bill the account and move on! Instead this post office is a complete drain to the government costing more to send back to us for $1.85 additional postage. 10+ days and the items have NOT been returned to us we live in the same town in fact our office is less than 2 miles away from this location. I will be standing in the line making them scan ALL 50 packages by hand. I have spoken to other sellers (Ebay and Amazon) that use this post office and they are having the same issues with this location. Staff is extremely slow and Rude. The staff at this particular location even told me they should never send my packages back for additional postage. I will be filing complaints daily.
Horrible service and rude worker! Our community has had dozens of packages not get delivered in the last week, some of it has been medication! We have had mail left on top of the boxes outside, and when I went down to the Sierra Garden office I encountered a horribly unhappy, rude person at the window. I was told that it was delivered to the wrong address but was given no help or call back otherwise (going on 2 weeks now). This was medication for my daughter that was lost and is a controlled substance, now in someone elses hands! Our community has complained about the rude person at the window, our lost package and I see a few complaints on here too. When trying to call or submit a claim or complaint it is next to impossible!! What is happening is unacceptable!!! We are entitled to a resolution and cordial service at least! Would be great if I would receive a personal reply to this.
I am waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered today. The key for the package box #2 was in my mail box but when I opened the box, it was empty. I also received a "delivered" message in my email. I called the Roseville post office and it rang and rang and rang. I even called at least 10 times in a row, and nothing. I can assume you must turn your phone ringer off so that those pesky customer service calls won't be a nuisance to you. So, where is my package?
Today (11/30/20 @ 12:40), I went to your parcel window next to the post office boxes and encountered a very rude worker. She was older, short, with glasses. She was VERY unpleasant, not just with me, but with the other people that waited in line. Not appreciated.
Same. And our community has a FB page and everyone complains about her. I realize it's tough to fire a govt worker but she needs to be moved where she doesn't interact with the public. She is HORRIBLE!!

I send mail to Roseville every month via certified mail and return receipt. Unfortunately, it goes to this post office for delivery. Once it leaves there and goes out for delivery, it disappears. Info shows "out for delivery" and then no more info except "awaiting for delivery scan". Fortunately for me, I am sending a check, so I can track it through my bank to make sure that it got to where it is supposed to go. I have talked to someone at the Roseville post office before, and was told that basically once it leaves the PO, it is out of their hands. Pretty shoddy service.
No service what so ever. The lock on our mailbox has been broken for the last 4 days. Was told to call this number. Have called many many times. It rings, then hangs up. How do you get help from this federal office?
Had our mail on hold until 7/24 and they were suppose to deliver our mail the next day. Three days later we still have not received our mail. Tried calling but hold time is an hour. Now we have to risk our health by going to the post office to find out where our mail is. No wonder the Post Office is losing money! The customer service is non existent.
No one answered phone. As previous comments have stated. Why even have a phone number that hangs up on customers ?? I am now on hold with the 1-800-275-8777, I have been on hold for a hour. This is absurd. Hire more people to handle customer service !!!
I changed my address nine months ago but still I don’t receive most of my mail and they are going to my old address and I have to call to solve the problem no one answer the phone. I went two times in the office and still They haven’t solve the problem with their bad attitude
Worst post office ever. Can't get through to supervisors and they don't seem to care at all. Refuse to deliver my mail for a year now on account of a harmless dog the neighbors have, who never bothered anyone on the entire street. Cost me thousands of dollars. I never would have imagined a Post Office could be this incompetent and immune from all consequences.
Incompetence at its finest. Beyond the issues we've been having since SEPTEMBER in which residents have been receiving incorrect mail (it is FEBRUARY), they have reached a new level of "what the hell".
I was trying to reach out on behalf of the apartment complex I work for because OUR CARRIER DID NOT LOCK THE FACE PLATE FOR OUR ENTIRE COMMUNITY'S WALL OF MAILBOXES. I called no less than ten times before somebody finally answered, said nothing, and immediately hung up the phone.
I tried calling the Vernon post office and their line was entirely disconnected. I have been on hold with the postal service's "main" line for over an hour trying to report our carrier as well as now the post office.
This is absolutely unacceptable and I cannot believe this is how the postal service is allowed to run.
We received a notice of the First Attempt to deliver a package and the notice provided info for redelivery. When I tried to enter the info at the USPS redelivery site it stated the tracking number was invalid. Did this several times over the course of 2 days. I called the 916 789-4502 number with NO answer and then called the 1-800 number above and still unable to obtain info. Very poor customer service. Pick up the phone!!!
I keep calling this phone number 916-789-4502 and NO one answers. It rings 40 times then hangs up on me. I need to talk to someone in your office. THis is horrible customer service that you don't answer the phone at all.
I have attempted to change my mailing address about 6 times, since May 2017...it is now July. I have sent in paper via mail, I have attempted online, and I am still not seeing my mail, nor does my previous residence have it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Horrible! No supervisor to help me so a well meaning employee did his best to help and to him, thank you, but when his female coworker got on the phone, she was horribly rude! Immediately had an attitude in her voice and treated me like an idiot with a belittling tone. When I told her that her attitude was 'not cool' she told me I was yelling at her. I just wanted a little help! Government tax dollars right there people! No wonder no wants to use the postal service anymore.
Are you aware that the Republican congress passed a bill requiring the postal service to set aside enough dollars to pay for employee medical coverage for 75 years into the future? Are you also aware that their budget wasn't increased? The result of this has been just what the Repuglicans wanted: a reduction in regular career employees and an increase in temporary help paid near minimum wage. If you voted for a Republican, you are partially at fault for the poor service you get from the USPS. Note, I am not an employee of the postal service.

the post office cant find our mail. my family hasnt gotten mail for 2 weeks. we have gone in the sierra gardens office to try to resolve. the supv was at lunch of course. they told us its being forwarded but wont tell us where. WHAT? to top it off, our mail man is a JERK. terri in rosEVILe
So again today, my Postal carrier comes by and he "throws" my package at the front door. I know it was a he because I actually caught him, when I asked him to ring the bell he replied "NO", thinking I did not hear. How do I know this, not because he rang the door bell or knocked to let me know it was here. I heard the "thud" of it hitting the door. Might I just say, "if you don't like your job, "QUIT", because you are making the rest of us miserable. When you are in a pissy mood and you don't want to deliver all you packages for the day you mark them as delivered, yet they don't show up until the next day, or they get shoved into the box and in doing so you shove your hand through the box, or like as of lately you don't deliver the mail at all. What did we do to you to deserve such "AWFUL" service ? I am disabled and have a very hard time getting around, otherwise I would meet you at the mailbox "EVERYDAY" just to ensure that my mail was delivered properly. I am tired of having my mail stolen from my front door, because you are to "LAZY" to ring the bell or knock, and I surely DO NOT appreciate your throwing my packages at the door. Like I said, I have done nothing to you, why are you this way? Is it just me because I do get a lot of packages in the mail, due to being disabled? Are you prejudice? What is your deal ?
