Why has my mail on Cherrytree Ave been so erratic? The gal used to deliver it around 9 now we don't get it until 8 or 9 pm. What happened to our mail lady? Thank you.

My package has been at this facility for a week! No one actually knows where it is or if it is stolen. I would pick it up myself but can’t get an answer from anyone just excuses and case closed. How can I get a delivery from the other side of the country in 2 days but it has taken over a week here and still waiting! Not acceptable USPS.

The quality and timeliness of mail service in Citrus Heights has diminished greatly in the past month. We have gone as long as four days with out mail delivery while having mail for pick up clearly on display and not picked up. Your app shows our mail to be delivered and it is not. There are circumstances where you absolutely need to have a letter or package delivered within a timeframe but not happening. If there is a problem with this Post Office then a public notice should be made and expectations of correction of the issue and delivery timelines defined. If this is a result of Covid19 please announce and what plans are in place. I am not alone in my displeasure. Thank you

This office is a very sad excuse for the USPS. In the past 3 months, they have claimed to deliver 2 different packages (both meds) to our locked locker, no package or key in my box either time. 1st time, I was NEVER able to get ahold of them, they simply do NOT answer their phones. Kaiser resent the meds. This time, I finally got ahold of someone (I think by accident), who very reluctantly looked up my info, "yup, it was delivered to the locker" I was told - well, if it was, the key was put in someone else's box, it was NOT in mine. I was then told my carrier was there and she will locate it and deliver it to my doorstep. Well guess what? That hasn't happened. I just spent an hour and a half calling the PO, no answer, ever. Is it really a coincidence that both missing packages were meds? This is so frustrating, so much for the "Service" in the USPS, I've never experienced such incompetence and lack of desire to assist in a service organization.

Please instruct your mail carriers to check to see if mail needs to be picked up at my home even if there is no mail to be delivered. Several times now I have mail out to be picked up and the carrier doesn’t come buy.

Your mailbox on Matheny (near Greenback) may have been 'hacked'. The door will barely open, and I could see a few large envelopes, or what appeared to be envelopes, jutting up through a space where you normally don't see mail. This is May 15. The door opened problematically on the 14th, as well. This box had to be replaced because of vandals within the last year or so. Perhaps it's worth checking out?

Apparently no one will be answering the phone anytime soon... So, I'll explain that in the past week our mail has twice gone to a neighbor. (A third time a week or so ago.) Last night I received a call that this same neighbor (thankfully) who had received my prescription medicine. While any mail going to the wrong person could be worrysome, having a medical prescription going to the wrong person is totally unacceptable. The route times have apparently changed here and mail is delivered late. My husband checked at 4:55 yesterday and it still hadn't arrived. Apparently it came after that. That is when my prescription went to the wrong person. He is wondering if it is dark by the time the delivery person arrives. Should they be wearing headlights - or is it just negligence?? Please keep people accountable for their job duties. Thank you!

How do I get ahold of someone so the post office stops sending me the mail of someone else and stops changing my name card in my assigned box? Someone changed my name plate then gave me the mail of some other random person- who authorized that without checking first with the front office? When I called, the automated message system wasted 10 minutes of my time. When I opted to be transferred to an operator, it rang for 5 minutes then beeped with the disconnected tone. Stop violating people's privacy. Check with the office regarding assigned units and their current residents before making a change. Since my name has now been removed from my assigned box, where is my mail going????

Why torture your customers with an excessive and unapplicable pre recorded message only to be transfered at the end of it to someone who wont ever pick up the phone? heres the best part, after you sit and listen to it ring 10 times you receive a disconnected sound. GREAT EXPERIENCE !

Mail hasn’t been delivered and our mail lady is usually here between 10-11am. Trying to call the post office and NO ONE ANSWERS. I’ve called 5 times and it just rings til it disconnects. Really need to know where my nail is and can’t get ahold of anyone for answers

today, 9/9/19 I went to the mail box to get my mail and when I unlocked my box--I noticed the back panel was not locked. 8 mail boxes were basically open . my address is 8142 andante drive, citrus heights. note this is the second time this has happened

Twice in 10 days, mail has been delivered to me that was not addressed to me. Today I got a neighbors bill from Citrus Heights water district. Phoned the CHPO but no one answered the phone. It rang until it self-disconnected. Hope my mail isn't being delivered to someone else. Sure would like to let the post office know about this . . . if they'd just answer their phone.

Today is the 3rd for which my rent is due before 5 PM, my mail is always here by 2 and my adoption check comes on the 3rd every month, today however we have seen mail truck down every street but ours it is now 4:12 still no mail, now I have a fee of 100 dollars due to the fact our mail was not delivered accordingly, I have also called numerous times and only get automated crap that nobody wants to hear and when it finally puts you on hold to speak to someone, all it does is ring several times then it goes to busy signal and hangs up, this is very un professional, customer service is horrible and I hope u guys are happy with causing a family to get a late fee, bad mark on rental history with a 3 day notice!!!!!!!!! What a great job!!!!!!

Have been waiting three days to receive a package that was delivered to the CH Post office by Fed Ex, the package according to the tracking number has not left the post office for delivery. Amazing how it takes two days for the package to get across the country but after three days the USPS can't deliver my package just a few miles away. The USPS is in a sad state.

I purchased some medicine for my cat. The cost was $40.00 plus shipping. I was shipped across town. I expected it next day, two days at the latest. After three days I called the pharmacy and they put a trace on the package. In the meantime on the second day we found a key to the larger mailbox in our smaller one. We went to open the large box and it was empty. I called the USPO branch in Citrus Heights. They said they didn't have it. I called the pharmacy to see if it was returned and did not have it either. They contacted the Citrus Heights USPO and they were told that there was a picture taken to confirm that the package had been delivered, and was in the box. By now it had been four days and my cat was in trouble without her meds. I called the post office and reached a person by the name of Chase or Chance one of the other. He said he would get back to me same day (2days ago) after he talked to the carrier. I am still waiting for that call. I have called the same number at the post office more than a dozen times since then only to listen to the long triage message at the opening of the answered call and sit through 30 rings of the transferred call only to here a busy signal at the end. No wonder people are using the internet to send letters and messages. I am out $40.00 and I now have to purchase the medicine again. I could barely afford it the first time. I have had so many packages I send out arrive to my buyers broken and mangled. Even when I put fragile on them. Some arrive looking like they have been chewed up and spit out. This is costing me money and im sick of it. Im not happy with the way packages are handled.

you put my parcel which would have fit in my mailbox in the parcel box then put the key for the parcel box in the wrong mailbox.result ;i have bank checks in someone else's hands which results in me having to close my bank account and open a new one!!!!!I think you should be responsible for my time and costs...and this is the second time this has happened.!!!

Someone is not careful when putting packages in apartment mailboxes. I had a prescription mailed to me like I always do and this last time it was apparently put in someone elses mailbox because I did not get it and whoever did get it was not a decent person to give it to me. You need to be more careful!

So trying to reroute a package - or confirm if it can be held. Been on hold listening to this music for 62 minutes now. Apparently they don't have any representatives who are still busy helping other customers. What a joke! Time to get the government out of the postage business. They are horrendously inefficient!

I went to get my passport renewed, spent 3 hours and waited. Finally was seen, however, he had filled out wrong paperwork. Received a notice today from passport office saying they couldn't process my paperwork and told me what I needed to do. I gave the post office money as well!!!!!! Now I have to go back to the post office, and I may not get my passport in time to go on my trip, that I already paid for. Who the hell does this, it's a horrific mistake.

this post office seems to lost the ability to answer the phone calls they receive.. last thurs. i get a notice on my door saying they tried to deliver a package with no return address. because i have been very sick for about six months now, i contacted the 800# the nice lady filled out the paper work to re-deliver my package, that was last week. we also, left a notice to simply put the package on my front patio, plain and simple, but not to those fed. employees with all those benefits that our taxes pay for. i finally left the notice inside my mailbox last sat. this started on the 9th. here it is the14 and i still haven't received the package. i finally stuck a note on the outside of the back of our complexes mailbox to get my package for me, what the hell, if i go down there after my dr. appt. it would serve them right since i can't stop coughing, i just don't want the customers get sick though. this p.o. does suck big time....

My mail carrier sucks!!!! I have mail that is hanging out of my mailbox it has been in the same spot same bill since Tuesday. It's Friday!! He needs to pick up bills just because I don't have any other mail. I haven't received the junk mail fliers all week. I like the sale ads. I had Christmas card that was mailed from family I didn't receive. I'm a SAHM so I'm home all the time. He just walks on by if he doesn't mail for me. He obviously isn't doing his job. Pathetic mail service.

I have placed mail in box with flag up and carrier has ignored and not picked up mail. Do I need to go to post office and mail letters? this is something new for me. I have never received treatment by usps like this before. Please let me know if procedures have changed.

What I want to know is how dumb a postal carrier can be. I mean come on, you are delivering a pkg that is heavy cardboard style paper. First you try to roll it up end to end and stuff it in the mail box. Then you carelessly set it behind the garbage cans. Not even close to the rear gate or better yet turning around where the mail boxes are and see a gate that enters into a green quad. First stoop on the left is mine, that is where the pkg should have gone in the first place. Not only is the pkg clearly damaged. so are the contents, a comic book. The Post Master will be hearing about this stunt.

WHY do they keep having to change our mail carriers!!!!! I have had the same person for years, she knew everyone in the neighborhood, knew how certain people liked their mail delivered and we never had any issues. First day of new person and everyones mail was screwed up, everyone was having to deliver mail to the right houses. Gallant Cir. residents are NOT happy we want Shirley back!!!!!

Had a change of address on file but mail is still being delivered to old house. Just shipped a first class package with tracking and was delivered to old address. I paid for this not to happen when I submitted my change of address. The thing I'm worried about is the recipient is opening my mail and not returning it.
