I have tried to call your office numerous times but always a busy signal. There seems to be a problem receiving mail at my apartment complex. Vintage Oaks Senior Apartments Fair Oaks 95628. The mail carrier does not seem to look at the apartment numbers on the piece of mail. My mail is going to other people and I am getting mail that belongs to other apartments. Every month i am missing statements and I don't know what else. The carrier needs to read the apartment numbers when the mail is distributed. PLEASE CORRECT THIS PROBLEM.

Today 3/16/21 I had the most helpful postal worker ever! I wish I could remember his name. Anyway I’d like to make a personal shoutout to FO post office for finding a package for me and getting it to the right address. I had sent some school supplies to my grandson and in my own error had it sent to an old address. Realizing that a few days ago I tried to rescue this package and get it going to the right address. The tracking method failed me. But this morning the very kind postal worker at FO helped me! My grandson received his package today! He is thrilled and I am beyond thankful for the human kindness and customer service that was shown me today!

Our friendly postman retired and now we have a new guy. Yesterday, he delivered my mail to the wrong address. People were nice and brought it to me. I request that the new guy review his delivery process and take the necessary actions to prevent this from happening again. I must be able to depend on getting my mail.

Just a shout out to the fabulous staff at the Fair Oaks Post Office! Always so kind and helpful. They have gone above and beyond for years to help with my shipping needs for all my children in the military whether domestic or overseas . My grandchildren always get their packages on time. Thanks for a job well done!!!

How is it possible that a place this inept can still be allowed to do business? Sitting on my couch waiting for a package and I get an email saying "Sorry we missed you." No slip on the door, or anything. Apparently these clowns will just report a failed attempt to deliver a package if they feel like going home early that day and won't be able to fulfill the two-day shipping I paid for. It's a shame we can't put the USPS out of business.

Why doesn'the the post office put the phone back on the hook, so aggravating to call all day to get only a busy signal, not very professional, you just want to scream obscenities into the phone.

I have not been happy with my postal service for quite some time because I rarely receive mail before 4:30pm and sometimes even after 5. However, today was particularly bad - delivered after 4:30 but wet and soggy. My mailbox doesn't leak and the mail wasn't in it for more than 10 minutes before I went to get it. The envelopes are soaked and falling apart and my magazine is a mess. I find this unacceptable.

We got a new mail person and ever since my mail ends up in my neighbors box which is not even an inch from mine. The other day for one example of many my mail box was left open and all five letters were addressed to my neighbors box one inch from mine and her box was empty. I have been giving this new mail person a chance to get it right, but after about 6 months I have had enough. One day he tried to deliver packages to my house that were addressed to someone down the street and he was almost insistent that he had the right place.

Had a change of address on file but mail is still being delivered to old house. Just shipped a first class package with tracking and was delivered to old address. I paid for this not to happen when I submitted my change of address. The thing I'm worried about is the recipient is opening my mail and not returning it. Fair oaks usps

Had a perfect example of a carrier in my neighborhood for years and years . Moved to the Fair Oaks Apts and regularly mail is marked on tracking as delivered when it has not been. Usually a couple of days later it shows up. Does he hide it? Current issue been waiting three days for a package that supposedly has been delivered.

This post office charges a $2.00 ATM fee for using their self-service stamp machine. There is no warning they are charging this nor any way to opt out. If you choose the credit card option (as opposed to debit) I think you can escape the fee. Again, there is no disclosure. They just charge you and expect you to be happy paying $8.60 for $6.60 worth of stamps. Crooks.

The Fair Oaks USPS office is totally inept. There inability to just simply sell me 2 regular stamps for cash money, mail the letter... couple that with the rude indigent attitude of the idiots working there is a prime reason the USPS is a dismal failure. The Indian lady= rude, the Asian lady= inept, the middle aged white guy= smelly and rude. After a customer left he made a condescending comment to the rest of us. What a prick. To summarize... they are rude, indignant, inept, smelly idiots at the Fair Oaks USPS office.
