I live in Aspen Grove Mobile Home Park (very small park) and we have complained NUMEROUS times about the mail carriers NOT delivering our mail in the back of the park and there are only "6" trailers. I have had a letter to be picked up sitting in my mailbox for "5" days and the flag is still up. Just when we think they are finally delivering to us correctly, you switch mail carriers and here we go again. We even receive mail for other tenants that live in the front or don't even live there. Some people in the park are unable to go to the post office and rely on the mail to be picked up and DELIVERED!! They don't even deliver the weekly ads because they throw them away because they are to lazy to walk or drive in the park to deliver our mail. This is very upsetting. Some people rely on their checks to be delivered to pay their rent and bills as well. This needs to be fixed ASAP!! What has happened to our mail carriers these days? It's disgustingly sad. PLEASE fix this problem.
This post office is stealing packages non-stop. We had multiple instances of packages with USPS labels being stolen or lost here. It's a daily occurrence, we ship dozens of packages a day, and there is no single day they don't steal or lose packages that they collect themselves. It's a nightmare. How can we trust the USPS anymore? It's impossible. There is no accountability. There is no responsible voice. It's like shouting to the wind, being fleeced by our own government, without recourse. A SHAME.
I have not gotten any of my mail since last friday even though i have gotten the daily digest emails stating that I have items coming to my mailbox each day. Not sure what is going on but really hope it gets under control soon.
We have a mailslot on the garage door - when our 'regular mail delivery person' isn't working - our mail sometimes gets delivered in the newspaper slot - i went ahead months ago and added a note directing USPS where to put the mail - the note is still there and once again - our mail was misdelivered. Just tried calling the post office and the phone just rang n' rang ... UGH
I'm getting sick and tired of this substitute postman giving me the wrong mail. 3 times now. Appears he doesn't look at addresses. Do your job right or let someone else have your job!! He delivers on Cardiff Way.
I am trying to resolve a problem with delivery of a package but no one will answer the phone! My husband tried to pick up the package yesterday but they said it was already on the truck. Well no one attempted to deliver it to the house all day, I was home! When I try to call the toll-free number I can't get any help because the computer won't accept the tracking number. What am I supposed to do? No one delivers it and we're not allowed to go get it?!
I making complaint for pass two days I didn't get my mail , our manager said the mail man ran late on on Tuesday & left the keys , yesterday no show no mail at all so hopefully today get mail.Hopefully there is not a problem.
Mail is a joke! Complaint: Used to get my mail around 12pm, now it's around 5pm or later BUT the last 3 weeks I haven't got my mail at all 4 times in this period. My mail, whether after 5pm or whatever time should still be recieved EACH day. I want this resolved!
Unfortunately unable to get a live person to answer telephone or to leave a message. I am trying to provide a correct home address for a heavy large Amazon delivery. Frustrating that post office indicates I picked up the package when I did not do so. I just want a real live postal employee to address the problem.

The Rancho Cordova post office has its phone turned off all day long! I was finally able to get through after five o'clock when they put it on before leaving. He pretty much admitted that yes they do keep the phone off and they've been really busy. I called over 20 times each day throughout three days and i got the same message each time, to call back. I was trying to find out why my package was being held and not delivered.
I sent a package with a prepaid label on it. I have sent a message on the USPS site asking why it was quoted as having $37 dollars in postage due. To date I have received no response and I am still trying to find out where the package is and what it needs to get it delivered to the recipient. Our postman retired over a month ago and since than we are not receiving mail daily or mail being picked up daily. We are a place of buiness and when the mail is not being picked up or dropped off daily it affects our buiness in receiving checks daily for payments and this is affecting our customers and their payments to be posted on time. This morning(Wed, 1-15) when I went to retrieve my mail from the mailbox on my front porch,
I found six pieces of mail - each wet-strewn on my porch. There was mail in the box.but it was not so full that all my mail would not fit in the box. This is hardly the level of mail delivery, I expect.
Hi my name is Alex, I am located in Rancho Cordova 95670 zip code ,I recently received a bill from my new purchased Toyota it came in the mail in two parts which I did not expect , next the letter came in the mail back from Toyota saying that the bill can not be accepted that way and it came back; latter in the week my next surprise came my tax return came ripped and one part missing,the first one came in mail in a little plastic bag ,saying and I quote, "we apologize for the inconvenience we deeply apologize and hope u have a great day" ... the next day we went to post office and tried to make some sense,we called the manager,he came up front and asked us what can I help you with ,and there it started ,we asked him we have two letters that came in mail in two parts ripped in half's,on which he asked us from us ,and we said yes ,he asked when did it happen and we said one came one week ago it was in two pieces,and the next one came a week latter an it was a tax return which came in a condition that not even junk mail comes in ,it came like it was ripped by a human hand , on which he answered well it never happens! And all that time he was so rood and disrespectful that I relay couldn't make my point he just didn't seam to care, he told us if we don't like the service you can go to any other USPS services and I don't promise you any better results !
Really that's the best you can answer a woman and a costumer ?

Oh smith forgot 1 thing. Instead if using your time ineffectively writing stupid unnecessary remarks about the post office employees what you should be doing is taking some English classes. That way you will learn to use the appropriate word and meaning. Did you re-read your complaint. Smith American name most likely born in usa. What happened? Never went to school?

Hey smith, be thankful you get mail. Also you get delivery once a day. Last time I checked there were 24 hours in a day. So, provided you don't today's mail tomorrow, which you wouldn't know anyway chill and don't sweat the small stuff.
Just think about this; maybe she's bit doing the job anymore cause she got fired for delivering mail at the wrong time. TOO EARLY
