If there were negative 5 stars they would get that from me. Oh James US Postal worker you are by far the worst human being I have come across in quite a long time. It's not nice to call your customers liars and put words into their mouths. This guy has serious anger issues and would not let me speak while I had him on the phone. But hey, what can you expect from a federal worker and an organization that has ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY...
I changed my address at the office more than a month ago, then I called and confirmed about one package, and I was told it should be delivered to my new address. However, the package was delivered to my old address. I've been trying to call the post office for hours! and all that time was spent on a ROBOT. Nothing can get me to talk to a real agent. Is there a different number I can call?
My package status said it was at the Rocklin Post office on 7/30, thought that by 8/3 the package was lost since it had not been delivered yet.
Turns out it was routed from the Rocklin post office to the Sacramento distribution center and then back to the Rocklin post office? Doesn't make any sense. Perhaps a sorting error, but this is ridiculous.

Excellent customer service. Shari went above and beyond in tracking down a package that showed to be out for delivery that didn't show delivered. She was pleasant, concerned and very professional calling me back with status of her her search as promised. Couldn't be happier with how she took ownership of the situation taking care of the issue.
On July 24,2018, I mailed a package to San Diego, Ca from the Rocklin Post Office ( 5515 Pacific St.) by priority mail. It took five days to get there. Why was it routed to Akron, Ohio and Cleveland Ohio distribution centers instead of Sacramento, Ca which usually takes two days, three days at the most?.
Called office frantically to find out options about a package and my choices for changing route (or pickup) (anniversary gift - so it was time sensitive). Spoke to Randy who was very kind, calm and informative. Excellent customer service!!!
3/9/17 I have to agree with comments, I'm also @ a business in Rocklin, & my stuff gets returned saying no such address....Frustrating as I order a lot & you get No Answer Ever. at post office so, That leads me to believe errors won't get fixed.
I work in a business complex at 2215 Plaza Drive. For weeks now our mail is delivered to other buildings. Many of us in this complex have called to complain and nothing has been done about it.
Yesterday specifically our mail was given to another suite # and they postal person never stopped by our office to pick up our mail. I have been trying to call this office for two days now and NOBODY answers the phone.
This is the WORST experience I've ever had with the postal serivce this location specifically.
I don't know who's in charge of this place but they need to find a new career.
It would be nice if the Person delivering my mail & packages didn't throw, yes I said throw my packages on my porch!! (I have photo proof.) I understand they have a ton of mail to deliver in their day but is it too much to ask for them to simply set it on the porch?? And the you wonder why UPS & FedEx is getting a majority of your business. Hmmmm
