Postal Locations

The pothole in the parking lot is a hazard. It has been there for several months. Surely there are funds to maintain the lot, Postmaster Sanchez needs to get on this and get it fixed.

For some reason, my mail was not delivered till after 5:30 pm today - and the mail I left for our carrier to pick up was left in my mailbox. Any reason why?

My package was received by PO on 12/14. The status shows the acceptance of the package is pending. Why? It is now 12/17 and I would like to know when you plan to put it out for delivery.

Our mailman is very, very good. He delivers our mail accurately and sometimes even drives a package down our easement road to our house. I'm very happy with the service we get.

My package arrived at the Camarillo station Dec 5th and still has not been delivered over a week later

Today I heard the Camarillo PO is shutting down, but can’t find any information to verify. Given the new corrupt Postmaster General has already been dismantling and removing equipment and mailboxes and the Trump administration’s desire is to win the Presidency, there could be some truth to the information. COMPLAINT COMPLAINT COMPLAINT We live in the neighborhood behind the Pleasant Valley Pool - bordered by Temple, Lewis, Ponderosa and Adolfo. We had FRANK as our mail carrier for years. Not a single issue that I can recall. Our current carrier can't go a week without a mistake. Our mail is going to neighbors, we are getting their mail. Once we even received someone's paycheck that was intended for deliveri in another county. The straw that broke the camel's back - is that I never received my DMV renewal for one of my vehicles. There needs to be an effective mechanism in place to hold someone accountable for the quality of their work. It feels like the carrier is rushing her duties and lacks the motivation to pay attention to detail. I called the number and no one ever answered. Based on previous comments on this page - there doesn't seem to be an interest from Post Office leadership to address these types of issue and no direct way to engage and receive an acceptable answer.

Called Mr Keeranan for verbal request to replace mailbox in Leisure Village. He said as long as the new box goes right back where the old one is coming out of, he has no problem with it. I will call the Leisure Village admin this morning

I routinely receive other peoples mail in my mail box.... in the past 6 months.... I have re delivered mail to my neighbors boxes about 7 times.... I have called the post office 3 times to report it.... and the same man answers the phone and says" Oh really? she has had that route for a long time".... well I don't care how long she has done the route.... I'm wondering WHO is getting my mail??.... this is ridiculous

Our mailman regularly misses picking up our mail that is outgoing and more regularly delivers mails to our neighbor on the street behind us. This happened today, Monday, and also on Saturday. Saturday our tax papers were delivered to our neighbor instead of us. It contained time sensitive information that our tax guy paid to have delivered overnight. How can this be avoided.

What is the coast of a PO Box?

The mailman once again delivered my mail to the wrong box. This is an ongoing problem— fortunately this was honest neighbor who brought the package to my door. I also get 2 packets of the grocery flyers nearly every week — more to recycle. Can anything be done to correct these constant problems?
