Unfortunately, they have terrible service. They constantly leave my mail in my neighbors home and I get mail that is not belong to me!! The driver, refuses to get off of his vehicle and do his job!!! Office staff and driver told me that they don’t get paid enough to get off of the vehicle to deliver my mail at my mailbox!!!!

I have had a constant issue with SP USPS. My wife is connected ti a dialysis machine at home and is unable to get to the door to sign for packages. We need these packages for work and medications. The day i am expecting packages we leave a note stating someone is home but unable to answer the door and to please leave packages anyways. They will NEVER leave a package. It is extremely frustrating as i work out of town and do not make it back for pick up hours. Don't even get me started on bringing it up to the mail people in our area because they are all extremely rude. I've tried. I have also called and left messages for the supervisors with of course, no call returned. GET IT TOGETHER SANTA PAULA.

It seems when I know I have a package waiting for pick-up it's often not put out for pickup. They seem slow to put mail in my PO Box. I hate to make a trip there when I know I have a package and it's not available and I have to stand in line and ask for it. Then they dig through a big cart of packages trying to find it at the Santa Paula post office. Many times I have other peoples mail or packages in my box. Not good.

SP POST OFFICE! they kept me sane during my deployments. My parent sent me packages and they were always getting to me on time. To Africa, to Germany, to islands, and to SC. Now that I’ve moved back the people who work there are so kind, and always helpful, making the mailing process easier and stress free! Love em!

The Santa Paula Post Office is the best ever! The people are very friendly and have always gone out of their way to help. Our mail carrier goes above and beyond what she needs to do. We've never had anyone so kind and efficient. We are very fortunate to be in the Santa Paula zip code area!

Santa Paula post office is the worst in the county. Packages never show up on time or they forget the packages and return late to deliver them. Plus, you can never get anyone on the phone to help...
