Cluster Box has been violated and possible stripped. It was forced to a not quite horizontal level. Mail yesterday was still in cluster box late yesterday. I was able to lock it to a vertical position Cluster box needs to be examined by technical personnel as it appears to be violated by attempt to steal mail.

Mailman left 3 pkgs in a mail box at our complex. Key stuck, I cannot open the box, can't get anyone on the phone, Can't leave a message...how in the heck am I supposed to get this fixed when I can't get anyone in the phone. What. A. Waste.

Phone number is not taking calls and unable to leave voice mail. Cattier can't read address and refused to take package back because it was opened. lazy inept overpaid and can't read . Heck even the name was wrong. I threw it in her car and I better not find it back I opened it by mistake. Try to do the right thing and I get heart burn.No wonder post office service sucks and your in the red.

I put a vacation hold mail form in my mailbox to start holding mail in 2 days. It had a sticky note on front that said we wanted delivery for today and tomorrow and then start holding. We had a lady mail carrier today and she kept our mail and left the card in the mailbox. I am a retired mail carrier of 36 years. I can't believe this terrible service and then to top it off they have turned off their phone so they can't satisfy their customers. I have noticed that their customer service has practically disappeared and they probably don't even care. Discusting. Floyd 602 402 4620

I live in Parkridge and I reporting that today was the third time my outgoing mail was not taken. .....The flag was up and the incoming mail was in there with the letter that should have been taken......I am guessing it is not our( long time) regular mail carrier. They need to update their address on file. No one but that location can do it... yet they won’t answer their phones. No customer service is available, no solution is available...the email provided doesn’t work....you just can’t send stuff to certain addresses in Peoria because they won’t updated their computer to include the “new” addresses... that I might add are over 5 years old.

I mailed three Christmas cards from this location on Dec 14 going to Minneapolis, Eldred ny and Grand Rapids, MN and none of them have been delivered yet - What is the problem. That same day I also stood in line to mail packages and they were delivered that same week. I am worried about the cards - what is going on????

I mail envelopes with Xmas card from Des Plaines Illinois It has been 2 weeks Which my family in Peoria Az did not receive It should not take that long to be delivered There’s a possibility they opened it and they took the content or was delivered to the wrong address If there problem not knowing the address it should be sent back to address was mailed from or please could you Trace and email back with what was found Sincerely Linda Swenson

Please educate your post office clerks in this location that for Poshmark shipper is ok to use the flat rate priority boxes. They made me re wrap my boxes but it says on the shipping labels.

No answer on the phone at listed number despite numerous calls. I have a package that tracking shows as delivered yet I never received. I left a written request in my mail box asking the carrier if perhaps its was put in the wrong box or maybe the key was. No response after 5 days. I see by the reviews below that my issue is far from uncommon. What is the recourse to this abysmal customer service???

I've problems with my mail the last month or so. I keep receiving other neighbor's mail. I received another piece today for a neighbor that was highly confidential. I did not receive my debit card which was mailed to me 2 weeks ago and had to call the bank to send me a replacement. I also never received my birthday card with a check in it from my Aunt. I can see this happening once in a while, but this is getting to be ridiculous and something needs to be done.

For almost 8 weeks, I had packages delivered, but the key to the parcel box had to have been given to the wrong customer. In this day and age, people are rude, and do not return packages given to them in error, although when I get something that doesn't belong to me, I walk it over to the correct house. I reached out to the vendors, but because they showed confirmed delivery to my address(community mail bank), they would not resend new items. Long story short, I filed 3 complaints online. the first 2 ended up being closed without anything being done. the 3rd one, I received a call from Brandon about a month ago; he apologized profusely and said he would contact the mail carrier and this would never happen again. Yesterday, to my surprise, all 3 missing items arrived in my mailbox...I can only assume, Brandon followed up with the vendors and had new items shipped at USPS expense? I read a lot of negative comments, so I wanted to put a positive one to show there is still decent customer service! I don't know which location Brandon is at, but I would like to give him a personal thank you!

No answer at phone number no matter how many times I call. Why even post a phone number then? Called 800 number and 37-50 minute hold time. Guess I will have to file a case on line. We go through this every year after our mail is forwarded. We enter in the exact date we need our mail to start delivery in AZ and several days go by with no mail after the delivery date we requested. We always have to call them. What’s’ the deal, isn’t the information in the computer and should prompt them to start delivery.

The USPS Peoria, AZ Main PO under leadership of, “Donna,” is a Conplete, inept MESS. She is neither cordial nor kind. My Dad, wh worked at USPS from the day he graduated college for almost 30 years (minus his time in WW2 flying 35 bombing missions over Germany~~~counted as years for his Civil Service Service) would roll over in his grave if treated like she treats patrons. She refused to let me have one nice of tape! To secure a seal not holding! Pathetic

I am tracking a package online and it was delivered to the Phoenix distribution center then sent to the Peoria post office. I live in Gilbert which is a different zip code so I'm not sure why my package was delivered to Peoria. I called the Peoria post office to check if the package was being sent to Gilbert but no one answers the phone.

Multiple times I would get a slip on my door or in my mailbox indicating the mail was attempted to be delivered, but noone was home, etc., therefore I need to go down to the post-office and pick it up. This is frustrating as I have been waiting for a phone I am supposed to sign for, my mail has already been delivered and three of us have been home all day (with camera over door) and there was no attempt to deliver it, although tracking says it went out at 11:27am today (it's now 2:30pm). I tried calling the Post office and they absolutely do not answer the listed number and after about 50 rings, someone on the other end picks it up and hangs up. When you call the main 800 number for our post-office, you get a tracking smart informatics robot and cannot reach a person.

I had lost my mail box key for 19421 n83rd Dr Peoria AZ 85382. They came (j and K) to replace the mailbox key and provide new keys on Friday 10 12. I have not had any mail delivered since..
