We have been receiving a homeless persons mail for over a year. Our mail carrier told us to tape our names to the inside of the mailbox. We have done this and also hung our names on the inside of our mailbox. Yet still receiving this persons mail. We write on the mail to return to sender and no such person at this address. Have spoken to our carrier multiple times and they don't seem to care!! Still receiving the mail for this person. Only robots work at the post office phone numbers apparently .Worst service! What happened to our postal service?!!

This post office has great customer service. I used it for package delivery since 2020 while living in Glendale, and I still use it since moving to west Phoenix last summer. As long as I reside in Phoenix, I will continue rise their services.

This post office is not in my region, but I drive to it because of the wonderful customer service and welcoming attitudes of the postmen! I’ve never been disappointed! Many thanks to all y’all! Blessings in Yeshua haMashiach’s Name.

7 pieces of my mail were delivered to my neighbor on Mon., 2/13/23. Is this a new postal carrier for this area on 55th & Morten Ave., Glendale, AZ 85301? Glad my neighbors were good enough to drop off my mail they received addressed to me. Thank you.

I HATE THIS POST OFFICE. EVERYTIME I SEND SOMETHING IT GETS STOLEN AND MY FAMILY ENDS UP WITH AN EMPTY PACKAGE SAYING "NO CONTENTS". YOUR FACILITY HAS A BIG PROBLEM...STEALING IS WRONG AND YOU NEED TO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY.

My mother had an appointment for her passport and I went with her because she does not speak English. We were helped by an employee by the name of Chong and her first name started with a K. The employee was very rude. She requested I fill out a form, that I had already completed and with me. Her English was not understandable also which did not help. She also told me to keep my distance when I was at the desk. However everyone had a mask, and there was a glass cover. If she wanted to maintain a distance this position is not for her, apparently a desk in between is not enough. I filled out the form as she requested and she was complaining that it was not done correctly. However she has a very thick accent and it is very hard to understand her. She also asked if my mom wanted her middle name on her passport, and I said no. She said "well you have to put it anyways". Then why did she ask? She was very rude. It was an unpleasant visit.

Apparently only robots work at the post office these days. They can't understand simple instructions. (some do and are good- NOT ALL though) P. O. had a great system whereby you signed up to use their physical address with your POBox # on it and zip code. That way no junk mail at your home, guarantee packages delivered, AND you knew when to stop as there was a email saying you have mail. Now if you use the PO Box zip code, UPS doesn't understand that zip code but if you use the postal zip code for that area it will get to the post office. Except for a recent one that UPS uses a service 'UPS Sure Post' whereby the sender has package delivered to Post Office for final delivery. Even if you have your physical home address on it. Post Office still shipped package back to vendor as they said they couldn't deliver it. This is from a Supervisor! Some of these robots can be extremely rude and not understanding the issue at hand. They get paid really really good money - someone explain why please cause obviously you don't have to be very smart, intelligent, or have any common sense knowledge to work there. Took me almost 1/2 hour to get this Supervisor to understand the post office returned a package to the vendor when it was clearly addressed to my physical address and it is the job of the post office to deliver item to address on package. Another package NOT using UPS Sure Post but using UPS and the POBox # zip code did get there and has a slip in my po box. So same UPS service, 2 different vendors, no reason why one worked and one didnt. The one that worked was to have been delivered on the 5th. Wasn't there on 5th. 10 am in the morning - she tells me I should have picked up my mail already - would have seen the slip in the box. then she hangs up on me.

Your employee Audry is so rude on the phone and after 3 calls asking where my mail is and being told i would receive it in 10 days i was now told to call surprise post office.apparently she would not take a extra step for me and call surprise to see if my mail was there before she called me. I called surprise and it was the wrong location, im not surprised since audry would no let me talk she talked over me most of our conversation. I got excellant service from the SC postoffice Take audry off the phones and do not let her return calls. She has no business on the phones
