I am so sorry to hear the post office needs donations. I came in to send a package that i hadn’t taped shut yet due to sending perfume and wanting them to see it. They said it was okay to ship by ground but she couldn’t tape it up because no one had donated tape to them. I could buy tape of course. Poor customer service. I took the package to UPS. They had plenty of tape.
Tried to reach your location to tell you the mail person left the back of the grouping of boxes on Ventana Drive East (on 108th) open after delivering the mail today . . but can't get through to anyone to tell you to send someone to lock it again . . I've mentioned it to few people that were out on the street so they'd know to go get their mail . .
. . this is not the first time it happened and they should know this is necessary . .
I have never had such poor service in my life. I have reported it to the UPs complaint department waiting for a call. I am disabled and this woman told me to go to the library to down load a form. I was already given the form by another worker. Thank God they have George working there as lead, and where was the postmaster no where to be found.
I have tried calling Sun City, Az post office 5 x. No one picks up phone.
I want to know if my mail is still being held. I was told that I could write a note including a friends name and she could pick up mail. She would show ID. Is this true?
I went here after Getting terrible service at a local UPS Store. The nice woman assisted me was so kind and helped us fix our problem. There was barely a wait and no premium on stamps. My Dad always went to this location and was always a happy customer and now we are too!
TOOK A 3 X 5 ENVELOPE IN AND CHARGED ME $5.00 TELLING ME IT WAS A PACKAGE. THIS SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN OVER $2.00, THE LADY HAD A POOR ATTITUDE AND WAS NOT EVEN FRIENDLY. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.
USPS has rerouted a package, no notice. 15 days late, no contact. Will not answer phone, ever! Online services no help, auto filled sections do not apply, so request will not go through. This was an Amazon hand off....HUGE mistake! No wonder the Postal Carriers are grumpy!

I wish there would be an announcement if we are not going to get daily mail service. I put out 7 letters to be mailed on Friday, 2/9 at 10 a.m. The mail person is never here before 11a.m.-1p.m. It was not picked up and I brought it back in that night. I took it outside yesterday morning at 8:30 a.m., left home at 4:45 pm - got home late night & didn't think to check - or to check this morning. When I arrived home from church about 11:15 this morning I saw something lying by my front door. When I checked there were 4 of the 7 letters lying around the front door - probably due to the wind that came up during the night. I rescued another one from by a cactus next door but who knows where the other 2 are. If there is not going to be service on certain days, we should be notified. Thank you.
I sent my son a birthday card on November 9 with $150.00 in it when he received it just now on December 20th it had been opened and taped shut the money was gone. Mailed it in outside box on Bell Rd PO
