This is the worst experience i have had. it says it will transfer me nd all it odes is ring 100 times then it goes dead. I am livid as they claim to have delivered a package to me and they never did. I want answers!!!!
I am a Resident of 7701 W St John Road, #2119. I am not receiving any mail since last 2 weeks. On inquiry with some senders I have come to some of my Mail has been returned to the Senders. I request you to deliver my mail in Mailbox and also give me a record of all my mail that has been returned to Senders to enable me to ask them to resend the mail.
Why can't we get mail regularly? Delivery ranges from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Maybe if the mailperson wasn't on the phone it would be more efficient. Today, 5:15 pm - truck is being driven extremely fast! Why? When the regular mailperson is not on, we get mail earlier. This has been a trend for over 2 years now -- not just recently.
Impossible to get my package. I had a usps form left on my door on the 19th of June. I tried to fill out the online form for redelivery, and the numbers don't show up. I tried calling this post office, and no one answers. It's now the 23rd and there is no redelivery attempt for my letter and nothing. No one is showing up at my door again and I can't get my letter. This is not the way USPS delivers in other states that work very swiftly and effectively. this is horrible service and I recommend using Fed Ex or UPS if you want your letters or packages delivered easier as I may need to redeliver as this is terrible service!
This is a horrible customer service facility. They never answer phone my belief by starting to call before they open is they just remove the receiver so it rings busy. Was told the carrier would be delivering g my package that he should have left in my box to my door last night. That did not happen and now I will be returning to post office to wait line again to tell this all over again to person at counter who will probably have the same careless attitude
I’ve been to the post office 3 times because they won’t answer their phone. Waited in line 3 times for them to take the same information and never return my call. They delivered a package on 2/5, supposedly to mail box but I never received it. It was a birthday gift for my daughter. They did look into it and it was delivered to a different set of mailboxes and they were suppose to ask the mail carrier about it and have them call me. 3 different times. I understand mistakes are made but I also expect them to be acknowledged and made right, not to be blown off. My daughter’s birthday has passed now and she asks me daily if they’ve found her present yet...it is also something I cannot re-order.
Well, I would say that our mail delivery people are pretty good about 80% of the time. Receiving other people's mail has finally been reduced from 2 - 3 times a week, down to about once per month - good progress. However, we just returned home last evening from a trip, and found "once again", that our HOLD MAIL request "to have our mail delivered on Dec 30", had not been accomplished. So now because of the holiday sch, and going to work earlier than the USPS opens, I will not be able to get my mail until late on Jan 2. NOT A GREAT WAY TO START A NEW YEAR USPS!! The last time this happened back in Oct, when we went to pick up our mail at the post office, since it wasn't delivered to the house as requested in our hold mail request - the desk attendant acted like it was our fault, and tried to say we didn't request it - after showing her our hold mail paperwork that clearly stated we requested it to be delivered to the house, she just shrugged her shoulders - not even an apology. This is very sad customer service!!!
I use the free carrier pick up service. In the past few months, my packages are not always picked up (three times in the last three months and again, today). Then I get an email stating that "pick up was attempted but package was not available"..My packages are always in the designated spot from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Why is this happening?
how is it that I can buy something from ebay , which is then shipped from Florida to Arizona and the tracking number shows every step of the way until it was delivered to my mail box and it never was in my mail box. I am the only person with a key and i have checked my mailbox three times it was never there. What can be done.???if your mail person is suspected of taking your mail what can you do.
If retail hours are posted on this page as being Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm, why would I arrive at the Arrowhead Post Office in Glendale at 2:00pm and the doors were locked to the lobby and customers outside who intended to take care of regular business with the post office couldn't accomplish a thing. I had to take my business to UPS and pay twice the shipping charges because of their poor service and no warning about their closure 3 HOURS EARLIER THAN POSTED!!! Not happy.
SOOOO ENRAGED!!!!! Waited patiently for my college diploma to arrive. When it finally did arrive the mail person folded it, EVEN THOUGH the envelop specifically stated "DO NOT FOLD". I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS! NOW I WILL HAVE A DIPLOMA WITH A CREASE IN IT!?!?!??!?!?!?!? I AM FURIOUS! I hope the supervisor is ready to hear from me tomorrow since they can't answer in the hour BEFORE closing time! NO WONDER FedEx and UPS are replacing these lazy employees! WORST post office!!!
I also called for hours and got the fast busy signal that sounds like the phones have been turned off. I finally called the 800# above and got a very nice representative who created a case for me and sent it to the Arrowhead PO since they don't answer their phones.
The gentlemen that answers the phone is very un professional and rude! accusing me of lying and not listening to anything I had to say! Worried if I got argumentive with him they would do stuff to my mail like they have been and not giving me certified letter mail!
