Mail often doesn’t make till after 7PM, packages regularly show as “out for delivery” but are not delivered till days later with no explanation. Previous mail carrier had mail at the box by 2:30 We simply cannot count on our mail being delivered when it’s listed as “out for delivery” or at a reasonable time of day. Perhaps the route is too large and additional support should be considered.

Mailman left a key for me to get my package out of the box, but the key won’t turn in the box. 😡

I was informed that a package was delivered to my porch at 6:24 p.m. 4/4/2022. I looked and no package I checked my cameras and there was nobody from usps at my door all day. Plus we had fresh snow and the only tracks were mine going in and out of my car once.

Last Thursday, Dec 18th the letter carrier slammed into my mailbox & knocked the post out of the ground with the mailbox being knocked off the post. They left a message for me to go to the Huffman post office to see about repairing it. The person who I talked to said he would send someone out to fix it on Sat. Dec 20. Nobody showed up & I’ve been trying to call about it, but nobody answers the phone. Now I have to go back to the Huffman branch & find out why it hasn’t been fixed. It’s been 5 days now without a mailbox.

Employee at counter not wearing mask today as well as two younger customers. Several elderly (high covid risk) customers were masked in the same room. Please USPS insure all of your employees are wearing masks properly covering mouth and nose.

why not mind your own business if you have a mask on then you are protected right. have u ever thought maybe they have medical reason to why they dont have one on or have you had to work a 9-5 job with a face mask on and your not use to it. but as long as you have one on then your covered am I not right by way these masks are not protecting anything. the government really just wants to see how many Americans will comply so really unless you like being one of those people who love to point out what it is everyone else is doing wrong and complain about everything, then keep worrying about what others are not doing. but just remember you have a mask on so your covered right?

This is the eighth time since March 23, 2020 that I received notice from a sender that the Post Office couldn't deliver my parcel. It isn't that they can't deliver my parcels, it is that they WON'T. I'm home every day due to the COVID-19 situation and watch the mail vehicle drive by. They do not attempt to deliver my parcels. The last time this happened was May 8th. I went to the Post Office the next morning to attempt to pick up the parcel they did not deliver. They had already sent the parcel back to the sender.

I never get packages delivered to me. It's always my neighbor. I ordered medicine for my dog recently and it said it was delivered in my (locked) mailbox. It's not in my mailbox. It never is.

Thank you for your attention, my package was delivered today. I am always grateful and respectful for the work of postman, especially in such a cold time.

I was watching outside just now at 5:40pm and our mailman was driving like a crazy person. Had there been a kid on the road out playing, he would've hit them..... This needs to be rectified immediately. We live on Ridgeview Drive, off of Dearmoun Rd. Anchorage, ak 99516.

This is the second day in a row that my carrier has NOT taken my bills, even though he does manage to put the red arm down on my mail box!! He's probably throwing my new mail on top of my out going. Not happy

I was in Huffman anchorage, AK station today and was treated extremely rudely by one of your employees. She is a Asian descent woman with glasses. I had an overflow notice and stood in line patiently waiting for someone to help she snapped at me that she would take my card and when she came back she slapped my mail on the counter and as I was taking hold of the box she shoved it at me stating that I needed to move. I was moving! Just not as quickly as she wanted. That is NOT how you treat a customer!!! This is not the first time that this woman has treated me in this way. I understand that she might be having a cruddy day but don’t take it out on your customers!!

There is this person on the far right who makes things difficult for customers. This person should get fired. Always having fan in giving people difficulty with mailing. An awful person. Works very slowly , enjoys having a long line to tick people off.

Today is Flag Day. Why, of all days, is the flag nowhere to be seen? I go to the Post Office at least 4 days a week and the flag is flying, but not today.

The tall guy with the glasses is a bonehead ! This post office is a perfect example of why the postal service should be privatized . There is never any sense of urgency by these overly protected government employees . Showed up the other day @ 9:55am waiting for them to open at 10:00 and nobody opened the door till 10:15 am . Ridiculous , management should demoted or fired and the sad thing is Obama couldn't fire her without approval of some bureaucrat oversight .

This post office is the worst I have ever had, they keep delivering the wrong packages to me belonging to someone else, or my packages to someone else. Letters, nearly every week I get a letter meant for my neighbor in my box. What the hell is going on over there? Expensive jewelry sent to my box instead of who it was intended for and I open it thinking it is a box for me?

I had a vacation hold of my mail including a specific request NOT to place a green "VACATION HOLD" in my box. Just got back, and guess what -- prescription drug delivery in the box and the envelope had my name in bold felt pen with the notation "Hold". Brought this to the attention of "Cathleen" a manager. And there was a recent series of two house burgularies within the past week one street away.

Honestly, the worst post office I've ever been to. The workers are rude and make unnecessary comments about the content of your packages. I understand they have a high-stress environment but every time I go there, people are incredibly displeased. Myself included.

Counter people on the day shift are great...but if you come before hours and hit the buzzer I hope you don’t
get the curly blond haired woman, there is a reason she is in the back. It
seems like you are inconveniencing her...
