The service at 99507 is the worst I have experienced at the counter in anchorage and I find stuff in my box sometimes jammed in to where it is hard to get things out. At the counter with 3 or 4 people in one of them often strolls in and goes to a station turns her back ignoring everyone plays with a folder walks out without helping people in line and comes back 5-10 minutes later then has attitude like we are interrupting her program. terrible attitude!

Ok it’s been 5 weeks of no delivery on Friday & Saturday! Can you please explain ??? It’s getting old!. Some days we get mail at 2-3 afternoon then it’s gone back to mail Monday-Thursday! Please make our routine a priority not just a second thought! Thank you Dennis & Marty Bannatyne: 6400 Askeland dr 99507

As the other reviews state this branch is an epic fail.I was relieved when they put in a self service kiosk until recently.the kiosk is open but a human must supply boxes and envelopes to the storage bin for priority mail etc. They are always empty no matter when you go.Many customers rely on after hour services due to scheduling etc. I personally watched several people with items to mail go to this kiosk and realize no products(supplies) were available. They left angry. It is near the holidays stuff those supply areas to the gills.

For the last several months Mail delivery in our area has been awful! Mail misdelivered or not delivered and return to the post office on Lake Otis in Anchorage Alaska for the next day delivery. Our neighborhood is beyond frustrated!

They really suck , super unorganized and never answer the phone. I went in a couple mins after and they’re not busy, and witnessed blatantly ignore calls even though they were not doing anything work related. They suck I can see why they don’t get extra funding

I asked for mail forwarding beginning Dec. 17 th. Confirmation No. 1834590000423240. I have not received my forwarded mail here in Kalispell. MT. Tried to call met Lake Ofis post office in Anchorage, AK. . No one answers. This has been going on for years that no one answers at that post office . I have now been on his for the 800 US post office and still no one answers. This is a terrible way to treat the public. I pay a good amount of taxes and should not be treated like this. Besides, I need my mail! Where is it? It has been 23 days and still no mail! I am very upset. I am 84 years old and deserve better service than this. The post office is very inefficient and workers don't care at all about pleasing the public. If this was a corporate business, the employees all would be fired! Please someone answer this phone or email and find my Christmas mail!

The USPS (especially the Lake Otis PO sucks shit!!). When I called their worthless 1-800 number, I was told by the automated attendant that there would be an approximate 40 to 50 minute wait! I have NEVER had that happen ANYWHERE else I called!! Bunch of worthless, overpaid douche bags!! I am going on 32 minutes of waiting...I bet they never answer my call.

Lake Otis PO is worthless. I've called 7 times and no one will answer the phone. They continue to return my absentee ballot to my PO in the lower 48 but do deliver regular mail at the same address in AK! You're fired!!

Received two pieces of misdelivered mail today. Junk mail addressed to next door neighbor, which I can slip under their. Certified mail notice for someone with same house number, different street. Called 800-number on certified mail notice--gave up after hearing there would be approx 9-minute wait. Looked up and Lake Otis post office local number--three times phone rang several times and hung up on me. No message service. At what point does my civic duty expire? What's the number for the postal inspectors?
