Over the Past 2 months our Carrier has refused to delivery or pick up mail. I've watched them do u-turns in front of the store and leave without ever coming in. Now we are going to post office to drop mail, but because our stamps our Auto generated they are refusing to take them unless same day as they are stamped.. Forcing us to pay Twice for a letter! I've filed multiple complaints gone in to talk to manager, and still nothing...

Hi, I’ve been a resident here for 20+ years and never had a problem with receiving mail or packages until recent. There have been multiple occasions where my package has gone to the wrong address and vice versa. I am writing this review because someone needs to acknowledge the fact that someone isn’t doing their job right or rushing the process. The address is on the label for a reason.

I visited this post office yesterday to pick up a package. I was surprised to see that of the three people working behind the counter, two were not wearing masks. The third one's mask was hanging down under her nose. The person who brought me my package handed me a pen that had been sitting behind her ear. With the high rates of transmission that are currently occurring in our community, I would hope that federal employees would be doing more to safeguard everyone's health and safety. Please at least take the minimum measures required.

My delivery driver has missed picking up my out going mail twice in the last couple of months. I’m concerned because these pickups are time sensitive and is causing a delay in my perceived delivery time, thank you for your attention to this matter

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life!!! So I wasn’t getting any mail nor any packages that I had ordered they were all getting returned to sender because someone in my apartment building called there supervisor and lied and said I wasn’t paying rent when I am the only one in the whole building who does pay there damn rent!!! Absolutely ridiculous all my packages I paid for ere returned to sender. They did absolutely nothing to help me at all zero, zilch, nada! -10 out of 10 stars.

Placed several calls to both locations for two consecutive days and each call was disconnected after ringing several times or the mailbox was full. I want to retrieve my parcel in the parcel compartment at home and I can't because the lock is jammed. I've tried to open the compartment for two days at different times of the day...no luck. The key does turn but it doesn't unlock the compartment. I would appreciate some assistance with this issue. Thank you.

This Post Office Needs To be Retrained Supervisor Name Charlie. Missing packages and Bank statement is not an important issue to her. I physically went to this Post Office to talk to a supervisor because an important package goes missing according to the tracking number in the mailbox. I went check it there's no key to check the mailbox to check it. And it was a Saturday so waited till Monday and gentlemen check it and he told me that mail carrier made a mistake that it was in the wrong address. When I went and talk to the supervisor again. I told her this is not the first time that happened my bank statements goes missing and my neighbors mail in my mailbox so maybe talk to the mail carrier to check the right address. Her response was to contact the senders. I don't believe Charlie is fit to her title as a Supervisor. She doesn't have the people skills, she's rude, so her crew is all rude!! Charlie needs to know that customers are paying her wages. Thank you Very Unhappy Customer

I've mailed two letters and personal checks asking the Sand Lake post office to send me Christmas stamps and regular stamps. They have done this for me in previous years and I've never had a problem receiving them. I have MS (multiple sclerosis) and have difficulty operating in the ice and snow - hence asking them to mail the stamps to me. Nothing has been received this year and they normally have been delivered to my mail box within three days. What is going on w/their system? They don't answer the phone - it rings and rings and rings!

Repeatedly refused to send mail to my address because someone told them my box was full. I called several times told them it was empty and had been empty for months then finally drove down to the location to pick my stuff up Finally got to the office and everyone is slow and rude on a Tuesday at 11am. This location has single handedly made me hope and vote for the day that their jobs are privatized.

The passport woman is incredibly rude. We went to get my newborn son a passport and she treated us VERY poorly and refused to help us. Thanks Strawberry, I won't cry when you're all out of business.
