This post office is the worst post office. Mail is never on time and delivered whenever they want and even skip days all the time

Seagoville post office delivery drivers are really bad. Get a key in mailbox for a package and wow, no package was left in the box. Also, waited 3 weeks for a check to come and someone they decided on themselves I no longer lived here. Will be going in person to see post master because no one answers the phone!!

We had a mail guy that was amazing. ALWAYS had mail before 12pm. Now, sometimes we don't even get mail when it shows us what we are getting. Miss our old mailman

My mail carrier continues to leave my mailbox open with packages hanging out or they claim they came by and left note. Reality they never even got off so I continously miss my packages and never leave notice.

I'm writing on behalf of my mother in law. She got a letter taped to her door that her mailbox needs to be moved to the street, not on her house. It did say it is voluntary. I went online to a Seagoville community page and others have gotten the note, called, and the post master said they have told that postal worker to stop putting these notes out, that it is him being lazy and not wanting to walk. Well, he's started up again. My mom in law is a single disabled and retired lady, there is no way she can put a mailbox by the road and then proceed to collect her mail out of it. The note has her scared. I told her I would look into it. Please get him to stop. She is off of Meadow Grove in Seagoville.

I live in Seagoville and our mail gets to our house sometimes as late as 6:00 p.m. Why can our mail be delivered during normal hours? Totally unacceptable. Too late to handle anything that arrives.

This is not the Seagoville Post Office, it is the Kleberg Dallas Post Office, renamed after a postal Realestate employee lied and used false crime and population data to close the Seagoville Post after over a 100 years of great service to Seagoville. Corruption in all departments of our government. How can you have a cities Post Office in another city. Rude people, slow service, we receive the wrong mail weekly.
