There are some lazy & inattentive carriers working in 75227. Won't bring packages to the door, just leave a card in the box. If you complain to the post office clerks, they cover for them. This started 6 months ago.

I have plenty of issues with this office. Never delivers a package unless you're standing outside waiting for him. Then he scans then in as being delivered. Complained about it and all I got was "I'm so sorry". Next time I'll pay the extra money to UPS or FedEx.

Can I talk to somebody that handles delivery,(priority packages).the delivery driver, failed to knock on door! My aunt was there waiting,he put ticket in mailbox and left! The fee was paid for 1day delivery, but now the important product (which I needed today)is useless!.surely we can arrive at an agreement.THANK YOU, CHRIS G.
