Do these people not know how to answer phone calls? I dropped off a package and the person behind the desk was rude and when I didn’t press the button he told me to, he said “what, you can’t hear me?” I didn’t press the button he told me to because the item I was shipping was indeed fragile. He said “jewelry isn’t fragile.” I make jewelry; don’t tell me what is or isn’t fragile. This isn’t the only time he’s been rude. He needs an attitude adjustment. I’ve made MULTIPLE class with no response. What a terrible location! Get the guy working behind the desk some help. He’s awful.

Some postman dont care about delivering mail. I had to walk next door and when i asked about my mail he said the mailbox was being blocked. Yes the mailbox was blocked but he got off to deliver the next door neighbors mail. He said he didnt care about us receiving our mail and that we should have only have two cars. With covid and multiple cars, where else am i supposed to park them. We arent going to work so all the vehicles are there. Once again where else are we supposed to park our vehicles. We all made concessions during covid but according to him, he doesnt have too.

They are very racist and did not help me with my services. I was lied to about a service order and wouldn’t accept my change of address form. Please don’t bother to call they never answer!!!

I mailed a letter from Rolla Missouri to this location and they never were received. I am worried someone is going through mail knowing they are letter and then trashing them. I have no proof, just a bad feeling my letter did not make it out of this post office to the proper mailing addresses.

Three times recently, I have been sent packages from FedEx routed to the post office. I have not had a notice left at my home or in my mail box that delivery of a package had been attempted, requiring me to needlessly try to trace the whereabouts of my merchandise.

They NEVER answer the phone. I finally got so mad one day I drove up there and called them from the parking lot and walked inside and saw them sitting at the desk playing on their phones letting it ring off the hook! I have no idea why they are getting paid. I asked them why they don't answer the phone and they both said "how can I help you"
DO YOUR JOB!!!
