Postal Locations

The mailman left a letter on my door for a package that I needed to sign for that I missed. The barcode on the paper is invalid so there’s no way to get my package. I don’t understand why simple things are made this complicated

MY MAIL IS LEFT 1/2 WAY HANGING OUT OF MY MAILBOX MORE THAN 30% OF THE TIME. THINGS THAT ARE TOO BIG FOR THE MAILBOX ARE BENT & FORCED IN, WHEN THE PACKAGE IS NO TO BE FOLDED OR BENT, & MAIL HAS BE DROPPED BY THE CURB WHEN IT'S DRY OUTSIDE OR WHEN IT'S RAINING & HAS GOTTEN SOAK & WET. WHEN WE HAVE SAID SOMETHING TO HER, ON A COUPLE OF OCCASSIONS SHE SAID SHE DOESN'T WANT TO HAVE TO STAND TO GET THE MAIL IN OUR MAIL BOX. SHE SAID WE NEED TO MOVE OUR MAIL BOX (OUR MAIL BOX IS CEMENTED INTO THE GROUND, SO THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN). OUR OTHER MAILMEN (WOMEN) HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH WHERE OUR MAILBOX IS FOR THE LAST 31 YRS. SO ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS: "SHE NEEDS TO GET OFF HER BUTT, STAND UP & GET ALL THE MAIL IN THE MAILBOX, IF IT'S TO LARGE OR SHOULDN'T BE FOLDED OR BENT...TAKE IT UP ON THE PORCH, & IF IT FALLS, PICK IT UP & PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX, DON'T LEAVE IT ON THE STREET, AND DON'T LEAVE MY MAIL HANGING OUT OF MY MAILBOX, MAKING IT EASY FOR ANYONE TO STEAL IT. THERE HAVE BEEN DAYS WE RECEIVE NO MAIL IN OUR MAILBOX, WHEN I HAVE RECORD SAYING I DID HAVE MAIL THAT DAY, THEN IT'S PUT IN THERE 1 TO 2 DAYS LATER" !!! I'M VERY FRUSTRATED WITH MY MAIL WOMAN!!

Postman continues to leave letters marked for return in the mailbox. the person addressed is NOT A RESIDENT, they will often lower the flag and stack more mail on top. This is both disrespectful and unprofessional.

I put in a change of address almost 2 months ago now and NONE of my mail has come to my new address. I would love to know where all of my mail is. My w-2s, checks, packages.....this is ridiculous!

Had turned in change of address a month ago and still not getting my mail still going to old address and even have called Mesquite post office told them seems like cant get anything done.

Thanks for dropping my jury duty notification in a puddle right in front of my mail box. It’s beyond awesome to know that you care so much about the mail delivered to your customers. It’s not like I can call a number and have a person answer. Just know if your goal was to make me nauseous and aggravated you are number 1 at that. Delivering the mail- not so much.

Had a package ordered at my friends apartment and the tracking says it was delivered but we still have not received it then you can not get ahold of anyone on the phone

I havent received mail since February 13. I though the mail was essential so therefore would deliver no matter what. I get that there was a Sunday, a federal holiday, and snow earlier in the week, but I haven't gotten a single piece of mail in a week. The thing is, I receive the daily notifications of what I should receive that day yet it was never delivered. What is the reason for this?

I live in an apartment complex. The guy who delivers our mail is rude. He also does not deliver our packages to our door. We only have small mailboxes, which obviously will not fit big packages. He is super lazy and I don’t understand how this okay.

My package was never delivered. We ordered 500 certified mail envelopes and they say it was delivered and nobody answers the phone. i need those envelopes

I don’t get my mail until after 5 80% of the time the other 20% is after 6 on several several several occasions my packages are delivered to the wrong address or they never reach there destination this past Saturday 10/10/2020 my letter were pu in my mail box after 6;30 pm an at 730 my neighbors did the postal workers job an delivered my 2 packages NOT the postal service I paid for 1st class priority mail an that not what I got. my tracking said delivery on Saturday, when it didn't show I checked and its saying held at post office per customer request. Wth it would fit in box guy just was to lazy to dig it out or whatever

Mailman bought mail at 7:58pm and he Pass our mailbox oh most hit my truck . He then Drop the mail on the ground. I was looking out my window and then I went outside and ask him why he left my mail on the ground. He got defensive and I ask for his name but didn’t give it to me . I am pissed..I have been waiting for a package from Amazon that delivers through the USPS and I have conformation that my package was delivered to my mailbox..I don't understand how it was delivered to my mailbox when it was a couch cover therefore it was to big or maybe it fit and the mailman put it in the wrong mailbox either way I did not receive my package..I asked my neighbors and of course they denied receiving anything..point is, this could have all been avoided if the mail person delivered my package to the CORRECT address..

Our mail is constantly being misdelivered and it is killing us. My customers send me checks daily and I have had to go to our neighbors a few times already to get our mail. This effects my A/R and makes my customers look like they are not paying on time so it is a huge issue.

Our mail is constantly getting open! I have called many times and nothing is ever done. Ridiculous. Any time a birthday card, Christmas card..etc. gets sent the money is always stolen as well. Mesquite is terrible with the follow-through.

The Mesquite PO on Grubb is "closed indefinitely" for "maintenance issues." Where is my boxed mail? A map of all the post offices in Mesquite is definitely not helpful! I don't plan to tour them all looking for my mail.

120 Grubb in Mesquite. Unbelievable service...all 3 computers were down waited 25 min couldn't take any debit or credit cards and this happens frequently, evidently in need of current and updated equipment. Never happens @ the north Mesquite post office.

The stamp machine charged my account and did not give me stamps. I went in early hours because I don't have time during the limited open hours of the post office. My recommendation is to NOT use these machines. Go somewhere else to buy your stamps.

Sat 5-14-16...We supposed to receive a package...We didn't receive the package so we checked the tracking it showed that the package had delivered to our house . Not only we did not receive the package ,we got a package for other house. We were kind enough to bring back the package to neighbor's house...but no one brought our package back to us even they knew the package didn't belong to their address which was the mistake made by the mail carrier .People are not honest.. The package supposed to deliver to Sunnyvale address. Please find out who was the carrier on that day and make sure mail carrier take their time to CHECK and Match the right address to the right house!!!

What has happened to my carrier on Sumner Dr? His name is Danny. He was the most courteous and friendly guy. If we had a package and mail he brought ALL to our door.unlike the Lady we have now.She brings the package to us but not the mail itself. She is not as friendly either. Danny is really missed.I can't complain I guess - the one we had years ago would sit next to our mailbox and HONK if we had a package.??

not taken care of. Hasn't been mowed and care of landscape in years.
dirty outside a disgrace. Our tax money is given to take care of
government buildings. Why doesn't the post master take care of this
problem. ?
