Worst post office ever!!! Consistently losing packages and they only habe 1 checker at all times!! It shouldn't take 40 min and a line out the door to drop off packages! I HATE this post office.

Had a package to be delivered but wasn't home to sign for it. Went to post office it wasn't back yet signed paper and was told it would be left on porch next day. Next day no package tried to call it rang forever no answer.

I live in the 2900 block of Twana and get my mail a block north at the set of boxes. The whole winter it was never cleared or shoveled and we all took our chances trying to get to our mail boxes. I knew it was an accident waiting to happen and even looked up some nontoxic ice melt recipes, but since it was thawing, thought it was no longer a problem. WRONG. Today I went down hard-on the ice under the melt. Not only soaked myself in the puddles, but I know I will be bruised and achey tomorrow.

I checked tracking for 61299997889437867045 - a medium sized box - and it says it's delivered. I do not have it and it was a quite costly item.

You guys rock. I had a package stuck somewhere in Des Moines for a week, logged a support email asking what was going on, and it got moving again. That was all what I expected. What I didn't expect was a personal phone call form someone at the Beaverdale post office telling me it was addressed and I'd have it today. It's the little touches like that, that make all the difference. Again, you guys rock. Thank you very much.

I contacted the Beaverdale location in regards of a package that was listed as delivered to my house by the tracking number listed from the UPS. They dropped it off with the local post office and when I tracked it it was listed as delivered by the local post office at 12:30pm of 12/09/16, in which it was not delivered to my house. I contacted the post office on Saturday at 12:34 and gave them my tracking number in which he was seeing the same thing as far as the delivery status, that it had been delivered on Friday in which he told me that the carrier that delivered it was at the post office and he would contact him and get back to me that same day. I didn't hear back so i called at 4:55 in which the same guy told me to call back Monday because they were getting ready to close and refused to help me. This is absolutely unacceptable there should be no reason why they could not help me.

For the last year i have been told by Andy(says hes a supervisor here) about carriers not taking my packages to the rental office here at my apartments because i am physically unable to climb all the stairs at the rental office and he assures me he will handle it! I pointed out to him today this will be at least the 3rd time in the last 6months that he will have handled it. Didnt think lieing was a job requirement for them!!
