Manal, a worker at 7755 Douglas is friendly and helpful and is an asset to the post office. She seems to always have a smile on her face. Thank you Manal.

Mostly good service from carriers, but yesterday (12/29/21) our outgoing mail was NOT picked up!!! And today no one at 7755 Douglas would pick up the phone when I called to complain. My mail needed to reach its destination by Friday but now it won’t!

Hello, We are wanting to move our mailbox off of our house onto a post mailbox at the edge of our deck. I was told we have to get permission before doing so. Who do I need to talk to and what all do I need to do?
