EXCELLENT assistance and expertise in shipping three boxes to APO box in Germany this morning. Greatly appreciate suggested cost savings approach. This USPO has the kindest, most efficient staff in the area. Thank you!!

The Post person threw the package on my front stoop. It wasn't damaged but that is disrespectful, and it is not the first time it has happened. This is an issue that needs to be resolved because if that was a fragile package, and not a book, there would be even more of an issue but since it is not it is the simple matter of respect towards others and their belongings.

Manal, a worker at 7755 Douglas is friendly and helpful and is an asset to the post office. She seems to always have a smile on her face. Thank you Manal.

Mostly good service from carriers, but yesterday (12/29/21) our outgoing mail was NOT picked up!!! And today no one at 7755 Douglas would pick up the phone when I called to complain. My mail needed to reach its destination by Friday but now it won’t!

Hello,
We are wanting to move our mailbox off of our house onto a post mailbox at the edge of our deck. I was told we have to get permission before doing so. Who do I need to talk to and what all do I need to do?
