They never answer the phone and refuse to help customers when they do not receive package. They just tell me they are too busy to look and refuse my request for a supervisor. Package was expensive and had tracking and signature required but after they tried to deliver once and no one was home did not deliver again and when I went there 3 times they said package was lost and refused to look for it. No regard for customer and the issue they themselves created.
I have been waiting for this delivery for a very long time. It says they tried delivering at 6:11 pm, I was home, no one tried nor left a note at my apt or my mailbox. This is bs. Now I have to wait til Monday to possibly reach someone at the post office to get it rescheduled.....some of the mail carriers are downright lazy. My neighbors said they never saw anyone around either.
This has now been the second time that I have had a package that has been important and or contains medication, and the delivery guys that comes to my apartment complex, is literally lazy. He decides himself on what day he wants to delivery my package if he even does that at all. Not happy with this at all and now that this is the second time. And when I call an no one helps me and or gets back to me. I will NEVER be ordering packages that are delivered through USPS ever again. I see my main man outside on my lunch break some days taking a break and smoking a cigarette. He has time to do that but can not deliver my package? Not sure how that works. I would really like to find a number that actually works so I can speak to management because I am not happy at all.
We never get our mail... there’s always 4-5 postal carrier trucks hanging out at the mail boxes..
we’re expecting 2 important pieces of mail , one was mailed out last mon & the other last Friday...
pretty sure it shouldn’t take over a week to receive mail , mailed in the same town.
We've become accustomed to the poor delivery service here. But stupid, now that's another issue. My teenage nephew left a birthday card in the mailbox for my mother who turns 90 today. The card was labeled to her, and clearly some sort of greeting card. She lives in a senior community where a lot of people lack mobility and right now the entire facility is on lock down. The carrier picked it up and took it away. I know that it's inappropriate to leave an unfranked letter in the mailbox, but does a contemporary teenager know this? And clearly, this was not some sort of work-around to paying for postage. It wasn't a local lawn service or fly-by-night roofing company seeking to distribute solicitations. My efforts to reach the local post office have been unsuccessful - the phone rings for minutes without being answered. While we deeply appreciate all that the USPS does for our country, our community, and our citizens, we find this particular office to be sorely lacking not only in service but in sense.
Terrible service! Have a package that was delivered to the . It Post office on Sunday Feb.16. The package has yet to be delivered on Feb 18 even though it is shown to be out for delivery the past 2 days. Tried calling at 4:40 pm, even though they are open til 5 pm and no answer
this is the worst post office I have ever come across in all my 59 years... their delivery people cannot even deliver packages to the correct address. and I am confused why Clive has to be responsible for the West Des Moines 50266 zip code. This is been a chronic problems for a very very long time
I love to stop and say hello to the ladies up front. It is obvious that they are in the line of fire daily but still manage to offer assistance. I thought I was lucky not getting any mail for 2 weeks...... oops I gave out the wrong P.O. Box........You rock .. Thank you for your help and for not laughing ... Until I left .... Just joking....it was humurous after the fact.....
