Phone numbers provided for every location is not needed since for the past 10 years NO ONE answers the phones. It has been 4 days and the mail has NOT been delivered to my neighborhood. That is ridiculous! Then to not be able to reach anyone at the offices to see if we need to come pick up our mail is frustrating especially when waiting to receive important information that’s time sensitive. Y’all NEED to do better‼️

The post office delivered a package in my mailbox that's clearly addressed to the LAKE JACKSON POST OFFICE. Why is this post office always having issues delivering mail?
I have been trying to reach someone at this location as it is the one that services our address on St Augustine Rd. And we have not have mail delivery in 4 days now. We are a business and this is TOTALLY unacceptable,. I put checks in our box on Friday to pay our bills, they are still there on Tuesday morning> I under the corona interruptions, but I would hope we would have delivery at a minimum every other day. Please investigate as I am needing service

I am trying to locate my package it came to Tallahassee then went to Ybor City then Tampa Came back to Tallahassee on the 25 of march but still has not been delivered no one will answer the phone at the Leon post office
i have attempted to call several times and i have not been able to reach anyone. I live in a townhome community where we have grouped and individual mail boxes. without any notice the group of mail boxes was moved to another location in our neighborhood. i would like to know what i can do to get an individual mail box.
