This post office is, by far, the worst in the entire city and probably way beyond that. The entire staff, from delivery drivers to clerks, could care less about their customers. The only thing they are good at is deflection. If you present them with a problem, they are quick to blame it on someone else. They never take responsibility for anything, even things that are clearly the fault of this particular post office. Their favorite target for deflection is Amazon. Funny how they don't realize all the business they get as a result of Amazon. Their jobs are safer because of all the business they get from Amazon customers. I guess they hate it because it causes more work for them, something they all try to avoid.
On Saturday May 5, 2121 At LEAST a dozen costomers on Woodville highway just South of Woodille Highwy, Tallahasseee, Florida 32305 were notified that items were "undeliverable." We made the 30 mile round trip to the post office to discover that these packages were out for delivery. Why couldn't they get delivered Saturday? Is there something that makes Saturday harder to deliver? And why make us traipse across the county when you can just send them out again? WHY ARE WE DOING YOUR JUB?
It's been a year now that I first lived off Companion Way in Tallahassee Florida and currently two months ago I moved down the road to Chena Drive so having the same mailman, and from day one I've had nothing but problems with this man I usually just brush it aside but today I went to call for him and he blatantly ignored me my mail has been delivered to wrong address several times and thanks to great neighbors in new area I retrieved my mail I've talked to this mailman about this issue before and he blatantly disregarded anything I said he has raced me on my scooter in his mail truck before and something needs to be done about this man because I am not going to be disrespected again. I am an easygoing person but won't allow to be continued the disrespect that I'm getting from this man. Thank you Paula A Sheward

The worst to get in touch with. No one answers the phone. And the guy at the front desk gives out false information saying my package was out for delivery even it’s going on 2 days now and I haven’t received it. 1 star
Would someone please tell me why a community mailbox that was broken into BEFORE Thanksgiving still is not fixed? Luckily the deputy that came out was able to at least bend the lever a little so it at least caught but it can still be opened very easily. I can't afford to rent a box elsewhere. Also why when there is a post office on S.Adams, I have to go all the way to W. Pensacola st.? It didn't use to be that way. Now after 10 years we are supposed to have package delivery boxes (2) that are finally fixed I have a package in one of them that I can't open because apparently they left the wrong key! Now not only do I have to wait for the carrier to come so I can get it, I have to go to W. Pensacola st. to complain AGAIN, I think this is number 3 after the initial report. I am sooo p.o."d
This has to be the WORSE post office going. The supervisor, Susan, should receive a Gold Medal as the Most Inefficient, Rude and Condesending FEDERAL EMPLOYEE, UNION WORKER EVER. NO problem you have with the multiple lost packages or the Carrier not picking up your mail will even get a polite response. No, she will not even fake a caring attitude. Have you made a complaint to the 1-800-ASK-USPS? After you spen 34 minutes on hold, it must be her sister working there, because after she writes her little complaint up, SHE EMAILS SUSAN TO HAVE HER CALL YOU BACK!!! Then you get to go through the rudeness again. There is a Post Master for the station, Mr Willis, yea. Does anyone have a phone number or email address for him?
