This has to be the worst run business organization. Ph number for TLH says mailbox is full. No other number to try but a 1/800 that doesn't get you anywhere except useless phone tree and opp to file complaint about a carrier that you have to wait an hour on the phone or wait an hour for a call back when it is only partly a carrier problem. I received an envelope/card addressed to another street but my street number and not my zip code. I took pity on the sender from another part of Florida who was trying to reach someone in TLH and I did the research that the USPS could have done and found the name that the card was addressed to in the Property Appraiser records with an an address on the street listed on the card but with the first number of the address that was different and could have been easily mistaken if written wrong or if vision not quite right. I wrote on the envelope that it was not for my address and asked if someone would try the correct address that I wrote on the envelope. Guess what I got today? Yep, the card back in my mailbox after it is clearly marked "NOT" for this address. How blind can the USPS be? What procedures are you using for mail that you can't deliver? There is a return address on the envelope. Send it back to them. Or do you expect to address an larger envelope to them, pay for the postage to send it back to them so that they can see how incompetent the postal system is? Really.........

This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with! First no one answers the phone and you cannot leave a message either as the voice mail box is full. Then you try and call customer service oh just another disgrace and then some! Your wait time to get a person on phone is over a hour! Are you kidding me! I schedule a pick up for a package got a confirmation number for pick up and 3 days later the box is still sitting out my front door. This is just shameful and a disgrace plain and simple. What the hell oh wait it’s run by the government that explains it!

The Tallahassee post offices are the worst that I have ever dealt with. I currently have a box sitting at my house that does not belong to me and I can't even get anyone on the phone to let them know that because no one ever answers the phone. I deal with this on a daily bases at work as well. We are constantly getting tubs of mail that do not belong to us. I now know why some congress members want to privatize it.

All I need is a Tallahassee telephone number that some human being will answer in somewhat a timely manner. I need to speak to the person responsible for processing Priority Express mail from Chipley, FL., last Thursday night/early Friday morning. URGENT!

I'm trying to submit for a passport and the Tallahassee South Adam's website contact info is out of date. I get a voicemail saying the person has retired which gives me another number. That person's voicemail is full. So I tried that national number and I won't get a call back for an hour (I'll be teaching). I just want a phone number that works.
