Can I give 0 stars? Tried to deliver mail on 1/3. Did not wait for someone to open the door - left the notice. We requested redelivery on 1/5 - did not happen. They sent an email with apologies and promised to deliver on 1/9. Did not happen again. They only request more and more taxpayers money without any accountability.

Just wondering about the disposition of my complaint (Service Request Number: 40431880). My mailbox is still messed up thanks to your mail courier.

My bank records sending a payment for my PO Box a month ago, but the bank record shows the check was never presented for payment. Expecting that the PO received the check but for some reason did not deposit it, they closed my Box and returned all mail to sender. Now I have to clean up that mess and get my mail redirected to a private mail service. Is it possible that the USPS is becoming so inefficient that they are not even able to take payments?

Terrible service on a good day. Carriers do NOT deliver every day and we have a meet and greet on our street to give our neighbors their mail that was left in our box and we collect ours. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. When you go inside to register a complaint all you get is a deer in the headlights look and a poor excuse.

I have informed delivery and it said my debit card was delivered and I never received it. I see the mail carrier come everyday and park and don’t attempt to put mail in the boxes they just sit there on their phone and leave.

I would like to file a formal complaint, I had an enveloped that was mailed to me certified mail, signature required. It was not only just left in my mailbox, but when I tracked down the carrier he said the Post office was not asking for signatures anymore because of Covid-19. The person who sent it paid extra for a signature since there was personal information in it. Had it been delivered to the wrong address (which has happened in the past) or even worse, stolen. There could have been some major issues. Please let me know how I may talk to a live person

I have not received my order it said it was delivered to my mailbox on December 24th and I'm still looking for it and would like to know how to get ahold of someone that could help me get my stuff

We have had multiple issues with this PO. Packages are always saying they are delivered when THEY ARE NOT. I can NEVER get ahold of anyone on the phone. This PO needs to be reviewed and inspected. And I will not hesitate to put in a call with my father who can help that along. Pay attention when you are delivering packages, and when you scan the barcode to say it is delivered, DELIVER THE PACKAGE!!!!!!!! I expect a call back with my case by the end of today. I will not hesitate to not only get the PMG involved but their boss to start doing their job and raining down on him.

I was informed that there was a package that was delivered in or at my mailbox this is the second time that I’ve ordered the same item in my order has been stolen or not even delivered I’m getting a little tired of this and I’m not ordering another item but I would like somebody to call me so I can talk to somebody because someone’s gonna pay for my missing items and it’s not gonna be mean

As of 9pm today (09/11/2020) our mail has not been delivered. I signed up for the informed delivery service so each day in my email I receive copies of the fronts of the mail to be delivered that day. Today was five pieces and one package. I look down my street and I still see flags up on neighbors boxes for pick ups-I feel like our whole block may have been missed-I will check with neighbors tomorrow. This is concerning considering the upcoming elections and people voting by mail.

Bad service all the time can never seem to get the delivery on time

I have been trying to reach a manager since 9:30am this morning. It is now after 11:00. I have tried several times. I am trying to find mail which was suppose to be delivered July 3rd.

Worst service ever! I will find out where to complain and get this office reported! They don’t deliver packages timely and will never answer the phone! If people don’t like their jobs they should leave and management needs to lose the underperforming staff!

Woman who answered phone, I am almost positive did not work there. She was unprofessional and kept saying she would give a message to "her" and "she" would get back to me today unless she was busy, then maybe she would get back to me tomorrow. I later found out after several times of asking that "she" and "her" were a lady named Gloria. Seriously...it's the US Post Office...can we be a little more professional and HELP people that waited to speak with someone over 30 minutes. So frustrated...I have the tracking numbers and know that they are to be delivered this week but to the wrong address yet, seemingly no one can help...unless they not busy...then maybe?!

I’m not sure of the name of the sub driver that delivered mail on 5-15-19 on Wiggington rd but he drives your mail truck like he’s on a drag strip. I take it that to you guys that’s ok, and if he ruins my mailbox not only will I be seeing him in court but him and you guys will be buying me a new mailbox and I will see to it that that happens and that he losses his job I’m not playing.

Please give us the local Lake Jackson Postmaster's telephone number. I have asked temporary delivery woman for my mail but she claims I have not had any for 2 days. I find that very hard to accept given my dependence on the Postal Service.

I've been expecting a package from Amazon. Tracking stated it arrived in Tallahassee in the 2nd of January... it is now the 15th. It has been "out for delivery" a few times, the most recent stated it attempted to deliver at 5:30 pm and that there was no access to my property. I live near TMH, in the suburbs, there is most certainly TWO accessible roads, two doors with sidewalks to my home. I was also at home at 5:30, there was no attempt to deliver. I called last week and filed a claim, I have had no response to the claim filed. I called again this morning and spoke with a very rude employee, who took my information and said she would call back. I have yet to receive a call. This post office (lake Jackson location which services my area code) has increasingly become a disappointment and clearly in need of some leadership. Working for the post is a tough job and we need competent, courteous, and hard working individuals who can handle the job. We've had the same post man for years, he became a member of our neighborhood and is continually invited to our events, parties, and was loved by many neighbors. Since his departure our experience with the USPS has drastically changed as well as the most recent developments of just not receiving our mail in a timely manner. We hope you can fix this problem, the mail is a very important aspect of peoples lives and should be treated with respect, kindness, competence.

No one answers the phone. I called 6 times between 9am and 11:00am and phone just rings and rings. I have a certified letter that has been sitting in Tallahassee for 4 days. Why hasn't it been delivered? Did they lose it?

Unable to speak to anyone concerning an undeliverable package. Phone just rings, No one answers the phone?? Not very good customer service, tried to reach the centerville location, same problem only get recordings no one answers the phone!

I work in a complex with 3 large buildings, why is it when a temp is on they won't stop and either give us our mail or pick up our mail? I tried to call the Lake Jackson P.O. but no one ever answer the phone, so we drop off our own mail. We have had so much trouble with that P.O. Service is terrible! If nothing gets resolved I will make every effort to get a letter to the Attorney General. I have before I will do it again.

Service was horrible I had been calling since 5 when I got off nobody answered ... I literally got there at 5:30 to ask about an important package I had overnighted and was told rudely that they were closed even though there was 3 people ahead of me .....

I was expecting a package today. USPS texted me this morning telling me my package was out for delivery. I’ve been here all day. The package was not delivered, even though the rest of our mail was delivered. I received another text at 7:13 pm saying that a delivery was attempted and a notice was left. No notice has been left and no delivery attempt has been made. I’m extremely disappointed that the United States Postal Service would stoop to lying to cover the fact that they messed up and failed to deliver my package.

Terrible service, and I cannot get an actual USPS employee to answer the phone.
