I left note in mailbox saying i was expecting certified letter and if not outside call inside. however, i was watching, had different mailman. when i got there he was reading my note. i told him i was watching for certified letter. he said he did not have one yet left it in my mailbox and drove off. i took to PO to sign and give to them but because there was a long line gentleman said he was not helping me. so i left. my letter which contained check for $15,000.00 could have been misdelivered and no one at your office appears to care. My regular mailman is the best thing about your office, hope you keep him, but your service in general sucks !!!! young man in office was tall black gentleman with dreads tied back on his head, he was very rude to me and a couple other customers.

Just interested in knowing if there is a problem with service in the 32216 area. I live on Ronald Lane and have not had a mail pick-up for the past two days--Handicapped and can't get to the office--need to have my mail picked up--Is there a problem? This has not been happening, so was concerned

Our neighborhood has group mailboxes and every day mail is placed in the wrong boxes. This has been going on for years, I complain, make calls etc and never any improvements. My neighbor just brought me my mail for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. It happens over and over as we all deliver each other’s mail that is placed in the wrong box. What can be done to correct this? Packages with prescriptions go to the wrong houses all the time. Please get these problems corrected

The worst post office I have ever dealt with. Mail forwarding is done on their schedule, not when you state the date you want. Mail continues to be delivered to the old address and disappears. No one answers the phone. Someone needs to investigate this post office and the postmaster should be fired!

No one answers the phone! My packages get lost but no one has answers !!! No customer service, You have to know, there are also older people in the world, who are not necessarily able to talk to computers. From 02.06.2020 until 07.28.2020 no info about my packages. USPS tracking useless. I will never again sent my international’s packages by USPS.

We booked 3 appointments for our children to get their passports done. Unfortunately we had to work with Patricj who is a rude miserable man who hates his job. We had a 45 min apt booked and he huffed, made rude comments and remarks, rolled his eyes, and at one point tried to send us away until his supervisor got involved and made him do HIS JOB. I would rather drive to another state than visit this place again for my postal needs.

For the last couple of months when the regular mail lady goes on vacation, our mail does not get picked up. Or the mail courier who fills in picks up some of the mail and leave the rest. I wish they would get this worked out so we will not have this issue.

My mailman leaves boxes in the mail box which do not come out. I realize the lazy person cannot seem to drop it at the door but any other job would have consequences if an employee cut corners in thier job. Pls remove the box. It's been in there for several days. 2659 kersey Dr w 32216

For the last eight months I have not been getting the correct mail. On Nov. 20th, 2018 I received NO mail. I have the app that lets me know what mail I should be receiving. I got none of my mail for that day. Pls. advise. [number removed]

Once again my husband was working from home and was in our living room when the mail came, and the mail carrier did NOT knock or ring the bell for a parcel delivery needing a signature. They just left a peach slip saying we weren't home for delivery. We have been waiting on this package and now have to wait another day to get it. Hopefully they will re-deliver tomorrow as I requested through the online form. If not I will have to drive over there after I get off work. How hard is it to ring the bell? Or do you just not want to carry a package to the door? That is your job. So do it.

Pottsburg post office not answering phone at 4:30 in afternoon. Said package retained at post office per customer request, which is not true I never even saw the postal worker on 4-6 since I was at work.

We have been at the Pine Bluff community for a while approx.5 years. We live in 2252 Jadestone Dr. 32246 Jax. FL. Wanted to say whomever is sorting the mail has a Real Problem. Please insist on their eyes getting checked out. Please replace them with a competent sorter until issue is fixed. Maybe they are attention deficit .I don't know, I am missing alot of mail, important stuff, insurance cards. Etc. Also neighbor brought a whole stack of mail to me last night. So Please, Please, Please, straighten this out. The neighbors that had my mail I had theirs before Christmas last year. Also her medication was sent to another neighbors box. Fyi Not Good at all.i am gonna persue further if need to. Taking Notes Big Time! Thank you, Sheryl Dunn and neighbors

worst post office I have ever been too. I havent had my mail in a month including packages.. No one answers at the post office. I went up there and they told me that my keys for the mailbox arent there and neither is my mail.. so where did it go? No one can get into my mailbox without the key except the post man. .

Please contact me by way of email. I think our regular postmaster has retired and they are having substitutes run the route. Problem is I live down a long driveway with a circular drive to my mailbox. One sub backed down the long drive to deliver mail. Another one left our mail in a neighbors mailbox. Yesterday the sub didn't even come to the mailbox. I'm never without some mail. Tried all day to call branch but no one will answer. Called other branches and the same thing happened, no one answered. What is going on?

Half of my mail goes to other people and I receive theirs. My address is clearly posted above my mailbox so unclear what this man is doing. These people get paid good money to do a difficult job so I expect it to be carried out properly.

This has to be the worst business at customer service in America. They will not answer the phone and or pick it up and then hang it up without saying anything. I have a parcel that they say was delivered Saturday April 30 at 5:24 PM but was not
, I have submitted a claim with no response, I guess we have another Black Hole as in space everything goes missing but who cares

If there's another way to handle your request, don't call this post office. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do deign to answer, it's only after a solid minute of ringing.

This is the worst passport office. The employees are not informed or educated on the state department's pass port requirements. They lady was rude and not very helpful.
