I sent an overnight envelope on Tuesday, Jan. 31st. to Glen Cove, NY 11542. I know it was delayed due to cancelled flights, but when I track it, it is not giving me much information. Tracking# EI 597 688 062 US

Cash stolen out of mail. My husband forgot his wallet and neighbor sent it, overnight packaging. Envelope was ripped in half and taped back up. Local employees knew cash was in there as they looked at drivers license for address to send package. No integrity with the post office anymore. Sad!

Why don’t you help these overworked people by instead on calling, everyone is doing that making the phone constantly busy, or put on hold for a long time. Simply email them, or use the 800 number which is national, and file a complaint. Go back to your scanned mail, you’ll know where it came from. Contacts them saying you saw they sent you mail and see if they will talk more about, or resend. Talking the way you just did is pretty rude. Good wishes to your family puttting up with that

They never answer their phone. I have a package there and instead of putting a key in my box for the package pickup in the big boxes they put a note saying to come in to pick it up because it doesn't fit in my small box!! I work 8:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday and they are closed on Saturday!!!! How do I get my package?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I attempted to drop off mail in the drive through today, 12-9-20 but couldn't because envelopes were LITERALLY falling out of the mail box! I had to attempt to push other people's mail further in because it was so full. This happened around 12:30 p.m.! Upset....My mail is important enough for me to drive it to the post office and I couldn't even find a parking spot because it was so full! I still have my mail!

What is your question or issue? You answered your own problem. They go out at a certain time to get the mail, you said the parking lot was packed as if it was their fault. You do realize that you could have parked right next door or go try the post office on old 41. Christmas holiday is right around the corner and you sound surprised. This are just about triples in congestion, people and more. Sounds like you were surprised with all the people there. That only happens when yum come down here. The rest of the yr it’s just fine and the locals have no problems

After spending my usual three months in BS, I submitted on April 1 my change of address form back to my New England address. My home PO has not received any mail for me in April. I have called the BS PO for days but phone only rings busy. I have tried to contact a PO rep by going thru the automated system However, when it gets to the point of being connected the wait time is...GET THIS...ONE HOUR AND TEN MINUTES. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? Evidently my mail is somewhere in the state of FL but impossible to talk to anyone about it. The USPS never ceases to amaze me with their lack of service.

You people are ridiculous. I've been calling the Old 41 P.O. for four days and the phone just rings and rings and eventually goes a fax tone. I wrote online to the USPS and yesterday a Brandon called and left a message and the same phone number I've been calling. Today I've been calling and calling and nobody answers. Tried the Bonita Beach Rd. P.O. and got the same thing. No wonder USPS loses money year in and year out. Someone should call [number removed]
