The workers at this location are completely incompetent, I stayed at the Hotel on base for 5 months while TDY and had this post office return 4 of my packages to the sender, packages that where clearly and correctly addressed to said hotel using the address the hotel gave me and this GD location verified. The mail sorters are hot garbage and all need to lose their jobs.

The manager has been horrible I came in asking about a package I'm waiting to get he gave me the hugest attitude. Then come to find out he sent the package my 2 year old daughter sent to me back to her and her grandma stating I do not live in my home anymore. I'm tired of the rudeness. My mom is a mail carrier and says this is not right at all she has been doing the for 20+ years.

I have been to the Ft. Carson post office too many times!!! Where the line is 20-30 people long and ONLY one employee working the counter... THIS IS RIDICULOUS and a slap on the face to the Soldiers and families of this community where soo many have family away from them. Let's get these people some better service please.
