Trying to track down a parcel that was attempted delivery the day before I was expecting it; attempted delivery on a Friday at 8am according to the tracking info. Tracking also states that redelivery will be attempted on the next “business day”; we’ve left our gate open for the last 4 days expecting the delivery and nothing has shown yet (Saturday-Tuesday). I attempted to contact the office yesterday (Tuesday) around 4pm (the office closes at 5), and sat with the line ringing through until it dropped the call because it wasn’t being picked up 3 times; almost half an hour. I know customer service is rarely the post office’s strong suit but this is ridiculous. Especially given the holiday season when a parcel is more than likely gifts from family across the country.
UPDATE: The package was marked for redelivery online but the slip left behind had no mention of it being redelivered. Waited 5 days to see if the package would arrive and finally went in to town today to retrieve it. Arrived at the post office 15 minutes before open, went into the lobby about 10 minutes before open, the doors were opened about 5 minutes before opening and the line moved very quickly. There was a gentleman floating around doing some cleaning that noticed my pickup slip and pulled me from the line to check if my package was available. He returned with my package in a matter of minutes. Very kind, quick, and efficient. The customer service this morning was above expectations. Thank you.

Why is the outside mail drop box full at 11:00 am. There couldn't have been that much mail dropped off between 5:00 pm yesterday & now. It must mean nobody picked up the mail at the designated time the day before. Poor customer service and an opportunity for people's mail to be stolen or lost.
So get this you guys... most mail carriers will leave a key to the parcel locker if you have a parcel, you know? But my mail carrier will leave a key in the mailbox that is never labeled correctly, which means I have to try all 8 lockers at my mail bank and hope it opens one. Sometimes it doesn’t, which is a real bummer! And then sometimes when it does open a locker, I’ll find ANOTHER KEY inside of that locker that doesn’t open any other parcel box in the bank- and I return home empty handed. I don’t know what we did to this mail carrier, I thought April fools was just one day- not the whole freaking year.
the carrier, still delivers,mail that is not mine, and there is a lot of miss comunications with boss people,to me they wont take time to listin to my issues haveing with the driver or drivers, nothey have some odd ,rules,And if they cant deliver to me, ug, i have disabilitys have no tranportation, to pic up any packages, ,or pic packages up to be sined at office, i wish they lift the,rules,w it seams they, dont wanna deliver packages to gare or maillbox,im out there,
We live at 7240 Caballero Ave.Security,Co. The mail person who delivered the mail yesterday Jan 16th,left the wrong mail in most of the boxes on this street.This happens whenever he delivers the mail.Something needs to be done about this person.We have checks and important mail come to us and never know where it is.

I get my mail every couple weeks from PO box. Almost every time the most curious or revealing piece of mail in the stack the envelope is wide open or it has a centimeter of glued flap that pops right open when touched. I've gotten mail in the past from many different post offices and never had this happen before except from this particular post office where I've gotten mail from for the last few years. I'm thinking that there could be an overly curious postal worker there and I'd like cameras picking up any such curiosity/ envelope opening
Our mailman has delivered mail to our neighbors and we have gotten our neighbors mail on a weekly basis. Today he even put my parcel key in a different mailbox. I’ve been on hold with USPS almost 40 mins now. I’m beyond pissed. I’m going to have everything delivered certified now.
3 different occasions our postal driver has failed to pic up confirmed pick up scheduled with the USPS.. Have copies of confimation sent to me by USPS and the driver has failed to stop for pick up...I have payed for priority mailing and these packages are now way over due to negligence of service... Not sure what is going on because this hasnt happened in the past but now is a recurring problem. Last week one of our packages we had picked up was left in truck over night which we know because our regular carrier said she found it there that next day . I want an answer please
I REGULARLY get mail for the wrong address, the wrong person with the right address, and sometimes my packages actually come to me. I have a ring doorbell, and have set up cameras in the area. This does not help. I am tired of not getting my items and dealing with merchants when I do not get the things I order.
This is a comment on the USPS, and not the location I went too. I was shipping boxes to an APO address. I filled out the customs form that was out on the forms table, form 2676-R. When I Went to the counter I was told that it was te wrong form and had to fill out form 2676-A. This is ridiculous as the forms are nearly identical.
