I live at 1660 Lenmar Dr. Apt 305, I've been living here send December 1st 2022, I've been having a problem with my post man. I get a snapshot of the mail that is coming to me every day, and on Tuesday the 9th I was supposed to get my paycheck from work and I got another piece of mail that showed on the Online mail snapshot, well my brothers came and my paycheck didn't come, now I've been getting my paycheck through the mail every Tuesday once a week until my direct deposit comes through. What is Tuesday the 9th I didn't receive it and it showed that I should have got it and it's messing up my bills I have bills to pay. And if it's because I just moved here in my name currently isn't on the box I don't understand why I still don't receive it because I get everybody else's mail that lived here before me, this post man has put me in a real bind with paying my bills insurance electric so I don't know who else to reach out to but you guys who is responsible for getting my mail to me in a timely fashion. I don't know if this mailman what he's doing with my mail but isn't it caught tampering with the u.s. mail service? I'm sitting my mail going back should be going back to the office my main post office where I receive it? I've been waiting patiently but now my patients have ran out and I need something done right now. I know this isn't your problem because your money isn't in my mailbox but I really need my money and something to happen right now can you help me out?

as a citizen of this country and a tax payer i cant wait for the day that the WASTEFUL usps is turned over to private business. i get a package delivered to my house at least once a week and one of my packages (house slippers) was returned as non-deliverable. contacting my local po was a waist of my time and energy. if it had been shipped ups or any other company i would be enjoying my slippers now.

I need help figuring out how to handle a mail hold of about six weeks. Forwarding won't work since we'll be staying in an RV at multiple campgrounds. A solution to this is not available on the USPS website. So. I'm trying to call the Cheyenne Mountain USPS office now at 9:10am. Nobody answers. Our delivery guy works hard, and is friendly and thoughtful. Five stars to Stan. But the Cheyenne Mountain office gets zero stars for its lousy level of service.

Been trying to call to talk to somebody for hours. The waiting time on the 800 number is over an hour and the local number has been "busy" for over two hours. It just pushes somebody that is already unhappy right over the edge to mad. I had a package delivered yesterday that was shoved into my oversized box so tight that we could hardly wedge it out because the driver was to LAZY to ring the doorbell. He bent all of the corners of a very special autographed book that was sent all the way from the UK. NOT HAPPY.

Cheyenne Mountain is the WORST post office. Stolen mail, lost mail, open mail, broken contents, poor customer service...the list goes on. My complaint concerns the amount of damaged merchandise that I receive through my PO Box at this facility. To complain in person only invites more of the same poor service. The Postmaster at this site even suggested to me that the senders are sending me broken merchandise so the post office has to pay for it. There are many reviews going back years to present day on various sites around the web extolling the poor performance of this facility and its employees. Changes are needed at this facility that can only be effective if those changes come from outside this facility. How long must must a community suffer at the hands of such a dysfunctional management structure? It has already been too long.

The Cheyenne Mtn Post Office on 8th Street is THE BEST! Super service, feels like a friendly neighborhood store. Efficient, courteous, helpful, all with a fun sense of humor.
