I have a PO box at the Coronado station on Rosemont. They routinely put the wrong mail in my box and lose my mail. I have spoken to them directly several times and nothing changes. The station phone number is 520-571-7160. Don't bother calling they do not answer the phone. It rings forever then goes to a fast busy signal. Some of these people need to be fired but I'm sure that is impossible so they just continue to do a terrible job and get paid. They are not governmental but sure act like it. Worthless group if ever there was one

This is bullshit....I get a message that a delivery was attempted. I been here the whole time watching tv by my front door. There was no knock or anything. Also both driveways in my apartment complex were completely clear. The package is light but too long to fit in the mailbox. Tried calling the local number and it just rings and ring until the fax comes on. This is the first time either......

I'm in my mid-fifties and I have lived all over the United States. And I do mean "all over." And right here in mid-town Tucson is the absolute worst mail service I have ever seen. Between mid November and January 1st, 2021, the Coronado lost 5 packages. Five items that were mailed to me just up and disappeared over a seven week period. Mail theft is a real problem... but here in this community we have a locked gang-box. So no one is stealing the mail on this end. Besides, I track all my packages electronically, right off the USPS website. They text me every time the package moves, so I always know where they are. And they all seem to disappear from the Coronado location. That's as far as they get, and then.... *poof*.... strait down the vortex of disappearing mail, never to be seen or heard from again. Today was number 6. And you know, oddly enough, every one of these packages would fit in your pocket... Just sayin'.

They consonantly screw up shipping orders and don't pick up the phone. I'm not sure if this is a post office or another one of Tucsons illustrious trap houses but either way they suck at their job.

I had too much mail in my regular 6" x 6" mailbox, so the postalworker put my parcel in the larger bank of boxes for large parcels. This is the second time the key put in my regular mailbox would not open the parcel box in which my package was placed. A neighbor came out and saw me struggling to open the box. He said the boxes were put in when this development was built in 1985 and have never been replaced or repaired. He told me to call the HOA persons to tell the Post Office to get the parcel boxes or the locks replaced. 3362 N Carrywood Drive, 12 Do medications need to be left in the heat because the post office has faulty parcel boxes????

I just called 520-571-7160 no answer goes to fax. I wrote a note to our mail carrier to please come to the door for a package pickup. I put in the front of my locked mail box. He put the note with the mail he left. No reply and did not come to the door. We are supposed to stay home so I am late returning merchandise. I am a senior and I have not left my house for over one month. So now what do I do as they do not answer the phone or won't pick up a package with postage paid label. There are instructions that say I can have it picked up USPS. This is extremely frustrating.

I had a package being delivered on Thursday. It didn't arrive. According to the tracking number, it was put in my mailbox. When I try to call the Coronado office, they let the phone ring until the fax machine picks up! I understand with the COVID-19 virus, things are stressful, but this is UNACCEPTABLE. Part of that package had handmade items that a DISABLED person, who has trouble with her hands, made, and either they delivered yo the WRONG box (although they're not supposed to put mail that doesn't have an approved name in the box) or it was stolen!

Getting a package delivered properly that goes through this post office is a literal pain in the ass. Almost never put the redelivery info on the pink slip if you miss delivery and their phone line is dead. I could deliver mail better than anyone who works here and I've never even tried! It's not that hard to do a good job.

Mail carrier can't read, always puts mail in wrong box, also says he delivered mail that he either took or put in wrong box, merchandise always missing. A bunch of thieves in my opinion. When calling local office no one ever answers the phone. Claims for stolen missing mail go unanswered. I hope they go out of business.

I manage a rv park in Tucson, we pass the mail out daily to residents and wanted to put vertical wall unit lock mailboxs in for the convenience of the folks who live there. I asked John (the fella in charge that day because Ed wasn't there) if this was possible and he ran to the back of the office to check regs and came back with a yes, said I needed to find a easy in easy out spot in common area then call for a location inspection before we put the boxes in. I called for the inspection and ED answers, said that wouldn't be possible ( keep in mind, we already purchased the mailboxes with Johns approval. Ed was very rude, said he was the guy in charge and had nothing positive to say except he's in charge and he doesn't think it will be possible, I told him we were already approved by John, the guy who covers for him and he couldn't care less.. said it was HIS decision.. this guy's a real jackass! BEWARE OF ED!!!!!

Noted we have gravel and he does not wish to travel through. When asking for his name began to ignore my question and proceeded to speed off in out family neighborhood. Terrible service. I sent a box to my sister's office and was told it would be delivered in two days (I paid for priority mail). On the day it was to be delivered, at first it showed it was on the truck and then it showed the business was closed at 9:32 a.m. (They are open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. I called my sister to verify that they were open, and she said yes). So why was my package not delivered?????? It's gifts for a baby shower!! I tried calling the number listed but it rang and rang and then I was transferred to a fax line.

This post office is the worst, the agents act as if you are an inconvenience to them, not friendly, don't scan your items in, and appear as if they have something better to do other than serve the PEOPLE, to which they took an oath to do as a part of their hire process. No wonder they are so far in the RED. Another Federal government service that doesn't care about the PEOPLE that pay their checks, or have accountability for their lousy customer service, and they are supposed to be there to SERVE! If I could leave negative stars I would

Needed to get an item to a Tucson PO Box by the next day. Looked up the correct station per zip code, which was Coronado. Took my item to the station. Just to clarify, at this point I am now standing in the station where the PO Box exists. I can actually SEE the PO Box that my item needs to be dropped into. Only to be told that my item will have to go to Phoenix and back, and therefore won't be put in the PO Box until the end of the week. I had to pay $17.00 for priority mail to get it to Phoenix and back, to the exact same building from which it originated. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ok, so I tried the one on Grant 520--290-9718 and it rang and rang, a guy answered and put me on terminal hold. This is as bad or worse than trying to call the IRS. The 800 number tells you that you have to call the local post office and yet you get no actual human being at a local post office.

You are right, enough is enough. You call the number listed here for the Coronado branch Post Office on Rosemont 520-571-7160 and it rings about 10 times and you get transferred to a fax line.

I have never written a review before, but I feel compelled to this time. Enough is enough. The goal: To get a present to my friend for her birthday. The reality: Over a month after her birthday (approaching two) she hasn't received it.I purchased a gift for my friend off of Etsy, and had it shipped directly to her by two day mail. Twice. The first time it was sent back as undeliverable, and it took over a month to get back to the seller because they had tagged it with some code and it has been SITTING IN THE DISTRIBUTION CENTRE THE ENTIRE TIME. The second time, despite using a different address, it was also undeliverable. My friend has letters and packaged delivered to BOTH addresses all the time. There is no further details even in the post office system (I called to check), so the only conclusion I can draw is that whoever delivered that day either didn't have time or didn't care and just tossed it as return. Maybe they're a really angry person, I don't know. The point is that whoever is trying to deliver is not doing their job, and by the look of the reviews on Google I am not alone. And the best part? They won't even pick up the phone at this particular location when all I want to do is find out if it is sitting there or not, maybe get them to hold it so my friend can pick it up.Wow. Just wow.
