Love that there is still a post office on Davis-Monthan AFB. I like the fact that they cater to the active military community and anyone with base access. It’s important to know that they are closed from 1:30pm to 2:15, and that those in uniform are given priority over lunch break hours. (1100-1300?) • Full Service Hours: Mon - Fri 10:00 am - 1:30 pm 2:15 pm - 4:00 pm Always knowledgeable folks with willing attitudes.

From your reviews I guess I got my answer.. Just great.. I never received my package. No one answers your phone. There is no one to complain that my bird food and supplies have been sent to someone not me.. This is not my post office why my package was sent to to this incompetent facility. I have not got a clue.. I will however smear the lack of care and customer service through social media sites and Yelp. I am writing the BBB. since I am out $119.25 and my birds are out their so needed things. I don't care if this is a Military or non military post office.. Treating peoples bought and paid for things with a disregard attitude shows that your entitlement or ego I shall say disrespectful. I would have paid extra to have it not gone through the finger tips of thieves. With that said if any readers want to know how the this facility handles the every day job.. THEY DON'T.. to top it all off they take your things. Than you can not reach anyone..

I mailed a package to your facility that arrived on 14 december and was delivered or given to someone on the 21st of December. Who ever you gave it to was not the person who was suppose to receive.
