Mail has been lost every summer for 18 years. USPS clearly incapable of forwarding. (I have them check my request each year, and they tell me it's fine.) This is both exhausting and expensive. (Not receiving mail has financial implications.)

I live at 3067 N. 2nd Ave, Tucson, AZ. I have been having problems getting some of my mail. I found out that my social security statement's have been mailed to a neighbor of mine. this has been a problem with mail delivery. I will now have to rent a post office box. I will be confronting your man man when I see them today. sincerely, Dwayne Gillfillan

My mom is 91 …we installed a mailbox at her front door. According to the postmaster we put Styrofoam in the old box. Your mailman threw it on the ground. We put the Styrofoam back in the next day, and he took it with him still using the old box, not using the new box at her front door. We’ve done everything we can and buy the book. Could you guys do your job by the book please thank you. Trying to take care of my mom from Colorado. 85730 9624 E 42nd St. Tucson AZ

Is it a USPS policy to require people to sign for Amazon.com accounts to have packages delivered? The mailman refuses to deliver my packages. I live in an apartment complex that recently signed a contract for Amazon lockers. Prior to that, packages were left by my door, because there was no place to leave them. Now the mailman takes my packages back to the post office. I filled out the pink redelivery form and checked "leave at front door." The postman wrote "You do not get special service over everyone else." He circled "We Re-Deliver for You" and wrote "Not when you have parcel lockers available and refuse to use them." I was flabbergasted, because leaving packages at my door was never a problem and FedEx still leaves packages. To use the Amazon lockers, I have to give Amazon.com my personal information and signup for an Amazon.com account. Is it a policy of the United States Postal Service, that people are required to signup for Amazon.com accounts to have packages delivered? If it is, please send me a copy of the policy. Thank you.

I mailed a beautifully decorated birthday gift and card to my sister from Arizona to Delaware in Jan 2022. To date, no package, no refund, and no answers. I at least want a refund of my postage paid! PO used to be great - not so much anymore. PO is bad under DeJoy.

I had a certified package coming from Kentucky to my apartment off Ajo Way in Tucson with $500 insurance added. The carrier put a slip on my door because i was at work. I finally found out that my package was left with the maintenance man at the office of my apartment complex. The slip was taken off my door by an unknown man who took it to the complex office. The manager of the complex released my package to a man (Nicole F******** was on the package). Now the post office wont reimburse me the $500 for the insurance on it. The package should of been left with me and signed for by me, no one else. Horrible.

Every interaction I have had with the Post Office over my 70 years has been more then excellent. Just a few days ago I asked as postal working in her truck if she would accept a stamped letter from me. She answered with a smile and said ‘of course’! Every time I have interacted with the Post Office has been an easy and pleasant experience. They are the very best!

This will probably do no good, but I am submitting my complaint anyway! The guy who delivers my mail obviously failed his course in Correct Address Reading 101 - - - he constantly puts my mail in the wrong (as in INCORRECT) mailbox!!!!! If I am lucky, the person who gets my mail (packages, envelopes, etc.) gets it back to me. If whoever gets it doesn't bother, then my stuff is Gone With The Wind!!! I was lucky one time to actually reach a living person at the Post Office (who probably don't exist anymore), who sent the stupid mailman back to my house - - - I pointed out that he put the key for the parcel locker in the WRONG box and sure enough, he opened up the panel of boxes and there was the key in the WRONG WRONG WRONG box! He retrieved it and gave it to me, and when I asked him how he could do something like that, his intelligent reply was "Well, sometimes numbers all look the same to me" - - - Yeah, right! Well folks, it's happened again and this time, I can't reach a damn person at the Post Office other than those sweet little mechanical voices telling me to press One or Two or whatever - - - goodbye to customer service, and goodbye to their famous motto about Rain or Sleet or Gloom of Night - - - it's all either crap or a dream of the past!!! We would do better to go back to the days of the Pony Express! To the Cherrybell Post Office in Tucson, a big shout out: YOU GUYS TOTALLY SUCK ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I have been totally satisfied with my home delivery. Imagine my surprise at not being able to park, because of the aggressive driving of a mail delivery truck. I was trying to park at the Habistore on West Grant at 9:30 AM this morning, when the truck sped at me from my right side. Please warn the driver to be more careful to avoid causing a future accident. Victor Panizzon

You all, mailmen are great but the way the rest of this “ service” to the community bites. It’s beyond comprehension how poor your NOT customer service is. I have keys for the new multi unit box that don’t work. No notification regarding new system, no flyer telling us how to reach out with issues. NO mail for four days now. On hold for 50 minutes to reach a call center TEP, ( unfriendly) who gave me the number for my local branch which is non- stop busy. My son was found dead in California last month. I am waiting for reports & documents & will not get them probably. I get bills in the mail... I miss one & you’re going to pay it if I get disconnected from anything. My last resort was an Instagram post relating how ridiculous your service(?), is. Do you care about any of this? Apparently not.. check the reviews on your website.. I’m not the only one believe me. Hate to see people who have no control lose their jobs but you are complicating my already complicated life & the postal service needs to just go away !!!

I would like to complain about our mail because we constantly get some of our envelopes a little open and today when I received my card information in the mail it was half way open and ripped I really wish this would stop occurring because I want my mail and my families to remain private and make its way to whoever it was meant for complete.

I had put in a change of address for our mailman. I usually get verification by letter - did not get one. Our mail was to be forwarded to our home in Wisconsin - today I got a letter address to our Tucson Address. Very UPSET Waited 38 Minutes to talk to someone hung up after 38 minutes of being on hold.

It is 10/23/2018. I just had to track down the postman for our subdivision, Pontatoc Canyon Estates, by driving around because he rolled right by my mailbox. Evidently, because he had no mail for me and I had not raised the flag on my mailbox (as we are informed to do to help against mail theft), he rolled right by my mailbox and did not pick up my mail. This has happened before; I hope it will not happen again. This is definitely a complaint against this employee.

I have a strong complaint of a female postal attendant at the downtown Tucson location on 6th Ave. I was mailing a very small parcel about the size of a music CD, and I very politely asked this attendant if I could trouble her for a small piece of scotch tape-not packing tape but scotch tape-literally a two inch piece of tape, and she immediately advanced to being rude, obstinate-completely unprofessional and unaccommodating to the point of being rudely belligerent and when I mildly voiced my displeasure to her rudeness I openly admitted to her that I was fully aware of how selfish this generation of America has become but I am only asking for a small piece of tape no bigger than my little finger-literally but her unprofessional rudeness just continued and she even began psychoanalyzing me and accusing me of having ruminative words with her in the past which I never happened before between me and this pathetic woman. There was also another nosy customer who obviously couldn't mind his own business who immediately assumed that because she was the pastel clerk-she was in the right so he attempted to be Sir Galahad and rebuff me to which I politely asked him to please mind his own business. Seems like it's very difficult for many folks in Tucson to mind their own business in matters that have absolutely nothing to do with them whatsoever. Well, this extremely rude, unprofessional pathetic woman(postal clerk) then advanced to start in on bullying me with her petty postal authority and she voice a threat to ask me to leave and over literally NOTHING!! All I diid was politely ask for a 2" piece of scoth tape to which I was treated literally like TRASH-and I am a Disabled U.S. VETERAN & Senior Citizen. Real nice professional attitudes to be found in our Post Offices. Yeah Right!!-and if you believe the latter then The Brooklyn Bridge in New York City is made of Lollypops!!!

I agree, I had a simple question and called 5 times. Each time by the 8th ring with, of course, no answer, I hung up. And it's not just this location. Every Post Office in Tucson had the same, "no answer" policy. Why list a contact number if you will not anseer?

I have a major complaint. The mail carrier in my neighborhood speeds around my area like a maniac!! I have on numerous occasions hollered at her to slow down, but that hasn't helped. If something isn't done, she is going to hurt somebody. I hollered at her again yesterday to slow down and she flipped me off! Highly unprofessional. My address is 14050 E. Voss St. Vail, Az. 85641. Thank you.

Please add the ability to make a passport appointment online since I cannot get through on the phone. We are required to call and make an appointment but the line is constantly busy so I cannot get an appointment made. It would be much more efficient to be able to sign up online -- both for us and for the Post Office.

Actually, the reason they're in a financial bind (The USPS is NOT losing money- they turn a profit) is that Congress passed a law requiring them to pay billions of dollars up front for retirement plans - something NO OTHER BUSINESS DOES. This law was passed in an attempt to cripple our CONSTITUTIONALLY MANDATED service in favor of for profit UPS/ FEDEX.
