My gas bill is in the blue box by Alberston on 5085 N La Canada Dr Tucson Az 85704 By blue mail box that store close I didn't know. my gas bill is in that big blue box. I very late on it. Since April 3, 2019. Can any post office driver get the mail out of that big blue box please... At River and la Canada. I try proof to gas I did pay but they never got it May and June. It in that big blue box.. If get it big thank you. I can't get it stuck.
No One NO ONE ever answers the phone at this location. My mailbox lock is broken, my key does not work. It has been getting harder each day, and today I could not open it at all. I tried for an hour to phone this Fort Lowell office, line first time disconnected, and then it was always busy. So I had to call main USPO number, on hold for 45 minutes. Totally not customer service friendly, this Fort Lowell location. Main USPO customer service said they will contact the Fort Lowell office. I should get a response in 2-3 business days. Really, as my mail sits in my mail box which I cannot open?
JUST RETURNED FROM PO. AGAIN FOR NUMEROUS TIMES, MY PO BOX WAS CRAMMED FULL. COULD HARDLY GET MY MAIL OUT. ONE LARGE LETTER WAS CREASED SO PO COULD GET IT IN MY POB. THIS PO USED TO USE THE LARGE BOXES FOR OVERFLOW OR TOO MUCH MAIL. NOT ANY MORE. THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED AND THE EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO BE REPRIMANDED. THIS IS THE FORT LOWELL PO IN TUCSON.
30 Jul 2018: ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Got an email saying that they just delivered a package at/near my mailbox at 3:32 PM, but there is NO package anywhere! Tried calling 290-9718, which picked up then promptly hung up. This package is very important and I want it delivered -- and that the email update is correct.
I call and it rings forever. Mail was left 2 days AFTER I had put a vacation stop on it. Then tried the 800 # with a 30+ minute wait. It used to be that in the cooler months I got mail around 2:00 PM and in the warmer months around noon. Now it comes whenever. I don't know what has happened to the US Postal system, but whatever their problem is, we're the ones suffering their ineptitude. PLEASE, someone fix it.
I would like to get grocery store ads on Tuesdays, the day before the ad is good so that I can go to the grocery store on Wednesday morning and know what the savings are before I get there. I never get them anymore until Wednesday late afternoon. This is very inconvenient for me due to my schedule. I don't like looking at the ads on line.
I would like a manager from the Fort Lowell station to contact me.
What is wrong with our post man on Calle Vaqueros 85749. Today he left a box next to my mailbox (it did not fit inside). Why would he leave a small box on the street where anybody could take it (bring it to the door)? Secondly, I have 2 notes tacked near my front door to PLEASE leave boxes 5 feet from the door behind the porch wall so that nobody sees them and takes them. Yet, EVERY time he has to deliver something to the door (last week) he leaves it in front of the door in plain view of the street. Can he not read? Also, he drives so fast that he tears up the gravel by the mailbox. Also, one day (about 2 months ago) he was cussing so loudly that I could clearly hear him when I was in the garage. We need a new professional delivery man who can read, drives slower, has common sense and does not cuss. As you can tell, I have been saving my complaints for months.
I am extremely upset. I received a package and marked it return to sender the very next day. It was unopened. This was on June 3. There was a tracking number on it. The seller has been waiting for the return of this item before a refund can be made. After waiting for it to be returned for almost three weeks I sent a note in with my mailman and he told me all the "return" packages were still in cages waiting to be returned. After hearing nothing about the return of the item On July 10 I inquired again. Same situation. Nothing in the return cages had been sent yet. There are TWO cages piled high with packages waiting to be returned to the senders. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I have tried calling the Ft. Lowell post office and either get a busy signal or the phone keeps ringing. They need to address their customers in a more efficient way. I might have to go down and directly confront them about their ignorance on how to deal with an inquiry about their improper handling of packages.
My mailman has done all he can, he's been checking on it, and he delivered the inquiry note I left. Now it's up to the actual post office to deal with their own lack of competency.
I've been having issues with getting my neighbors' mail for about a year now. I called and spoke with the manager about 6 months ago and he half heartedly cared, still having the same issues and can't get ahold of anyone, phone just rings. I'm getting different peoples bills, DES letters and even new neighbors Welcome To The Neighborood packets from the post office. I'm also missing mail, but what really makes me upset, is that no one from the Post Office is doing anything about the incompetence of their mail carriers and the managers too.
MaIL was delivered at 2:30pm on Saturday as usual. Three parcels show delivered at 6:18 that evening. They were not in the box with the rest of the mail. Can't get through to anybody at the Ft. Lowell station. Phone either rings continuously or I get a busy signal. Are they stealing packages?

My mailman is either and idiot or so unmotivated that he can not understand that just because you can jam a box into the rear of the mailbox that you cannot always get it out from the customer side of the mailbox. The box he jammed in there has been there for the last three mail delivery days because it can't be taken out of the box. But, this mailman is so incompetent he just jams mail around it or leaves other boxes in the large parcel box. When you call the line is always busy so you cannot talk to anyone. The only way to communicate with our mailman is to write him a not and leave it on the back of the mailbox. He has done this twice now and it is infuriating. No wonder UPS and Fedex are so successful!
I lived at my current address for about two months and its a hit or miss getting my online orders delivered. I have to track my orders everytime when it goes to USPS. WTF?! Can't count on these guys...I think the government should hire more competent Postal Service Personnel!!
Worst manager ever. And our mailman has been sending my brother's mail back - return to sender just because he didn't know he was living there????!!!!! Really? He sent my brother's driver's license back to the DMV!!!! He's been waiting weeks. Do you know what DMV does with returned licenses? Shreds them. Fort Lowell PO sucks
