I am new to Washougal as of April 15th., 2024
Please stop sending mail to Carl and Kristy Peet to my box at 3410 U Street as they live in Portugal now.
Thank you,
Susan Buck
Horrible service. USPS should remove themselves for delivery service with Amazon. I feel this is fraud and will be following up to see if there is anyway we can put a lawsuit against the USPS. They should refund all the money for shipping and handling fees for packages not delivered. I thought by Amazon policies they were required to deliver to the door. Maybe the post master should be held accountable? Sounds like a money grab to me by the Washougal USPS.
Terrible package delivery. Way too lazy to drive up to house and leave package at front door. If they can’t fit it in box, they don’t deliver. When they do deliver, they can’t be bothered to take it to front door, they drop it at garage door where there is no cover. Repeatedly talk to them about this but one particular driver I believe is the problem as she is very nasty when I attempted to talk to her about it. My camera caught her throwing a package in the bushes and later returning to move it out and put at garage door. I would prefer they didn’t exist so we could just have more reliable services do the deliveries like UPS for packages. Most of what else comes in mailbox is junk I toss anyways.
up until recently we have not had any issues with the carrier but i was suppose to recieve a package and usually they well leave it on the front porch but unfortunitly they decided to leave it by my mailbox, im still trying to figure out why they did that, not only is leaving the package by the box upsetting me but it was a gift, not only do i lose money but who is going to be held responsible. im so disappointed in you guys
I am filing a complaint and so is Amazon for the lack of delivery to my address. The last 5 products we have purchased from Amazon are NOT being delivered to my house as is Amazons policy. NO one is coming to my house at all. The packages are left in our unsecured mailbox 3 blocks from my home. I have had 2 major surgeries and I am home all day. This is pure laziness on the part of the carrier.
I have always found the people at the front desk to be very friendly and helpful. A pleasure to visit. There might be a cranky older lady working in the back.
Unproffessional, very unpleasant, very scatter brained employees. They literally treat you as an inconvenience. And when they make a mistake regarding your mail (holding your mail) they act as if it's your fault and treat you accordingly. Very frustrating this branch.
I also have experienced rude behavior from the clerks t the Washougal Post Office. They quit delivering mail to my mailbox on my road...instead the mailbox is now several blocks away on a different road... they absolutely won't deliver a package to my home..and when going to the PO to pick it up you will not get it 1 minute before they will allow... no matter the circumstances... they definitely don't make me feel like a valued customer
November I filed a hardship form attached to a letter signed by my PCP stating my disability. A request was made that all packages too large for mail box be delivered to my front door rather than in the locker. Packages are still not in compliance despite several calls by me to management. Recently smaller packages were placed in the mail box of a unit that is two streets away. This is now April. What can be done to resolve this broblem? I tried to call manager this afternoon. She hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling back. New management needed at this Washougal post office.
The woman who works here and answers phones is incredibly rude and condescending. Many people have had issues with this post office not delivering packages, including myself. When I tried calling to get information the woman who answered was rude and unprofessional from the get go and gave me no info other than rudely interrupting me and saying I could come pick it up tomorrow. The mail service exists to deliver mail, most working people do not have time to drive to a post office during office hours and pick up something they PAID SHIPPING FOR.
