Due to attempts by thieves to pry open the communal mailbox on my street, the postal service has taken on the responsibility to replace the locking mailbox on Daybreak Way in Troutdale. It's been over a week now that 8 homeowners are required to pick-up their mail at the post office until the mailbox is replaced.
Absolutely zero attempt has been made to replace the mailbox - How long it this going to take???
And please inform the current mail carrier to not take the Daybreak Way mail out for delivery so the 8 addressees can't get their mail until the following day. Which in my case turned out to be a Saturday when the post office isn't open. I have medication that was dispensed by mailed and I'm unable to get it.
Shitty service they keep dropping my packages off at random people houses that's a federal crime start holding your workers to a higher standard or the community will
Ordered medication, got confirmation of delivery, just not to my mailbox. Called twice to find out what happened. Three days later, no response and no medication.
I HAVE A PROBLEM,
I DIDN'T PICK UP MY MAIL SATURDAYAND WENT OUT TO GET IT TODAY AND DECOVERED THE MAIL PERSON COULDN'T PUT THE MAIL ALL THE WAY IN, JUST 3 ENVELOPES AND THE REST OF THE BOX WAS EMPTY. I HAVE A LOCKING BOX SO NO ONE WOULD STEAL IT AND THIS HAS HAPPEN BEFORE. THIS WAS TROUTDALE POSTOFFICE.
I HAVE KNOW IDEA WHO IT WAS BUT PLEASE CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU
USPS tracking and 17Track both state my package was delivered. It has not been delivered. It was a small appliance ($130.00). I'm told it was delivered on Wednesday, March 18 @3:06pm. It wouldn't fit in the mailbox and nothing on my porch.
My packet was received at the Troutdale post office. It has not been delivered. Went there to ask and they have no clue. They can’t find it. Nobody knows. Somebody is not doing their job. It was a $80 birthday present. So frustrated.
I paid for a lock change a month ago and still have not change my lock nor have they give me my new mailbox key. I put int several calls and they keep telling me they don't know what is it taking to long, that they will call me when is ready but no call for a month.
I really wish my mail was delivered at a consistent time. I never know when it'll get to my house. It's this inconsistency that allows mail thieves to get to my mailbox before I can.
After my package had arrived at the Troutdale post office and been there for 4 days and after I finally decided to go there and get my package and they just refused me without any valuable reasons. I wish they could hire people who're more responsible for their jobs
I've lived in Troutdale for 40 years, and while we never know when our mail is going to be delivered to our home address, having the post office box has been a God send. I pay a little extra for the post office personnel to sign for packages that get delivered by FedEx, UPS and other delivery companies. They always sign for my stuff and put it in an outer locker and put the key in my box. They do tend to overfill my small box sometimes, making it difficult to get my stuff out. But the staff here all know me by first name and are always professional and nice. I think they are a great crew, always willing to go the extra mile for it's patrons.
I've asked my mail delivery person three times to close the door on my mail box. They think it's funny to leave it open with mail in it. I am having to file a complaint with the postmaster to get this Bozo to do their job!
Very disappointed & frustrated with Troutdale PO. Mail hasn't been delivered to my Wood Village neighborhood in 4 days! Explanation has been my street (Shamrock Dr.) is unsafe, even though city has sanded the roads, UPS has managed to deliver packages & cars & trucks have navigated my street safely. So much for the postal oath.
They are very unreliable. This is the second package that we haven't received that said it was delivered in the last 2 months. We were home the whole day, preparing for this package to come that we never got. It's extremely frustrating.
I can't believe how rude mailmen our these days... I walk up to our mailman and say "hi, I hope I am getting a package today!" And he looks at me an doesn't even say hello an just says I can't give you anything, plus I don't put them mail away when someone's standing over my shoulder." I said oh ok then and started leaving and he said "I'm just trying to privacy" I said thanks... Seeing that I am 41 weeks pregnant he's lucky he didn't get punched!
We haven't had our mail picked up in days. They didn't deliver our mail for 2 days, and then when they finally delivered it, they gave it to our neighbors. Tried to file a complaint, but was on hold with their "Customer Service" line for over half an hour before my phone battery ran out. Oh, and I'm pretty sure they just flat out lost my son's birthday card. Shame on you, USPS.
They do not deliver to your door, they just put a "Sorry we missed you" notice in your box. I was home all day waiting for this and now I have to wait for a 3 day weekend. Made a re-delievery request online and didn't work I had to call it in to the main office. I think the Troutdale co-workers are lazier cause Fairview left them at my door and actually made an attempted to do so.
