Worst Postal Service ever. Nobody ever answers the phone unless I have my regular mail lady who is wonderful. My mail is delivered to everybody else. I have pictures of mail hanging out of my mailbox. I could go on and on. I would love to go to the media and do an article about what crappy service we have in Camas. And don’t bother trying to get a hold of anybody nobody ever gets back to you or answers.

Our HOA has had many complaints about misdirected mail landing in our boxes. Or packages too large to fit in the boxes jammed into the box. Then one has to get tools to somehow break it out. And sometimes after all that -- the package should have gone to another address, far from the HOA! We would like to see carriers 1) check addresses and 2) take it to the house if it doesn't actually fit the box.

I find it incredibly hilarious that when I bring up info on the hours the Camas, WA 98607 post office is open, that in the listing of "Nearby Post Offices", the 3rd and 4th nearest post offices are in Troutdale, OR and Fairview, OR. Why is this funny? Because the only way that Troutdale is 2.1 miles away and Fairview is if you manage to somehow swim across the nearly 2 mile wide Columbia River that separates Washington state and Oregon state. Oh my! I guess the rest of us have to take the nearest bridge (I-205) and drive 21 miles one way. :-)

I received a phone call from your phone 360 883 8096. No message was left. Do you know what call was about?

I paid $20 for an emergency package that I need for surgery Tuesday. There was a package delivered but it was not mine. I delivered to neighbor and she advised she received another neighbor’s package. Very disappointed as I need this package before I go into surgery,

6311 N. 88th Avenue I have had three people say they mailed me things over a week ago and I have received nothing. One of them was two weeks ago and she confirmed my address. I would love someone to check into our postal person. Is it the assigned person every time or a substitute?

Today when we picked up our mail, one was partly sliced open and ripped. The ripped part had some scotch tape on it; but didn't stick. It was from "Pray In Jesus Name" and had a 50 cent piece showing through the window. When I opened it up, it was supposed to have 2 50 cent pieces; but one was torn off the glue. When I or my wife (Judith) send a donation, we always return the 50 cent pieces. Who is ripping open the mail? We thought you would like to know what has happened today - 3/23/20. Phone: 360 833 9193

Same problem as submitted below. I am also from out of state and needed local assistance. The phone is never answered until it goes to busy.

I’ve tried & tried calling but no answer. The recording says wait for next operator but after awhile the call just hangs up on me. Over & over & over. This is during posted & stated hours. I’m calling from out of state & can’t come into the office. Poor service.
