Postal Locations

I need someone to answer the phone to help me with an issue. My mail carrier will not move a pkg from my box (on pedestal) to the pkg box; the door frame of the pedestal reduces the opening enough that the pkg cannot be removed. I've left a message but for 2 days; the mail just gets dumped on top of the pkg. This is not funny to me.

I had a package that was set to be returned back to the sender, but I was able to catch the mail mail a few hours later while he was delivering mail to a nearby apartment complex. Dave went out of his way to help me out and ensure that I was able to get my mail. Very much appreciated!

ET205878820AU sent back to sender once again no notification and I still have been unable to reach a supervisor . It is no wonder the Post Office is broke. I have never experienced such Inept Service in my life .

The mail carrier decided that the cluster mailbox for our neighborhood was 'broken' and stopped delivering mail for 16 households. No notification provided. Individual household members in the neighborhood eventually figured out that their mail was being quietly held at the North City Carrier Annex located in Montlake. The manager Raheem Martinez of North City Carrier Annex has zero customer service skills and is more concerned about rando First Amendment nerds videoing his building than making sure elderly people receive their medications and social security checks in a timely fashion. Poor job, Raheem...

Terrible USPS site, hours state open for mail pick ups on Saturday until 3pm. Looks open, lights on, interior door open, exterior door locked ....tried calling a dozen times and although it rings, it eventually does the fast busy signal. Super disappointing!
