I've had to stand in line over an hour more than once at the 196th St SW post office due to being understaffed during holidays times. Perhaps make chairs available for older seniors unable to stand in lines!

The postal lady in our area is apparently miserable and definitely postal. Miss the good old days before her. Pretty sure others know exactly who I'm talking about near Larch Way.

Worst post office on the planet. I have no idea why it is ever so hard to get a package to actually be delivered from this branch. Never answers the phone, will not deliver my package just holding it hostage in a truck somewhere. USPS Corporate please fire these bathroom jerkoff's and hire a staff of competent people please.

Location 237th PL SW Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043 Letter carrier keeps walking through our garden even after we have asked him not to. When we make the request, he arrogantly turns away and walks off. Apparently, common curtesy is discouraged at USPS.

We have sent a package from the UK, addressed to a street in Lynwood, Perth, Western Australia. Somehow, after bouncing around a number of US locations, it has ended up in the Lynnwood (Washington State) Post Office! PLEASE can someone pick up on this and forward it on to Australia. We know this because we have been tracking the item.....the package contains a present for our grandson's first Christmas!!

There was a us postal vehicle driving recklessly on 164th street on 10/26/2021 around 5:48 pm. He almost side swept our car (a black Tahoe), then followed and almost rear ended us. I tried to get a picture of the license but he drove off swerving in and out of the lane definitely driving at an inappropriate speed, for the amount of traffic there was. I would have called the police but I hadn’t gotten the license so late so I figured they wouldn’t do much. Please train your employees to drive safely as they could have caused a serious accident.

I pay money for a post office box every year and my access to it it’s getting less and less I come at the hours that you say the doors are open from 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM but they’re never open when I’m on my way to work and today I went by which is Sunday and it was 10 o’clock and the doors were still locked I am paying to get my mail and I feel that this is not right you guys need to have a better system after having a problem with people breaking into the boxes maybe you’re gonna have to have some sort of a locked room that only people that have boxes can get in I don’t know but I’m tired of paying money and not being able to get my mail because I travel down to get my mail this is been going on for months and I just don’t know who is responsible for opening the doors or havingIt’s not getting done

I mailed 12-14 cards on January 30, 2021 and as of March 15, 2021 no one has received their cards. I called many times and was lied to over and over that I would get a call. When I finally talked to Supervisor Robert, he claimed first there was not mail box where I said i put my mail even though I have been putting mail in that box for over 20 years. Then he asked if I had tracking #'s knowing full well it was a blue box, then he said maybe all of the stamps fell off. He was condescending and was rude. Now I just need to go higher than Robert but it is hard to find a contact for Lynnwood Post Office. I hope they are reading this email as I am not letting this go.

I had the same issue with Robert. Talk to the other supervisor, Matthew. And both of their bosses is Paul.

Today is 02-17-2021. We live on 46th Ave W. We have not received any mail for a whole week ( Usually we receive multiple bill statements at the time of the month). I know we had snow storm last weekend but it is still hard to understand why post office service vanished, we used living at Seattle before moving to Lynnwood for over 20 years and I never saw post service stopped in the past. My daughter sent me a Christmas card last November but it arrived in the middle of last month!

Pathetic place. They mail carrier wanted me to throw away first class mail, a felony. Said it was too much trouble to forward. He held my mail, because I refused, also a felony. I went to the post office to collect my mail, the counter person also held my mail, now two weeks of no mail. The police had to come and remind them of the law. Guess you can't fix stupid

Mail carrier forgot to lock the boxes up at an apartment complex. I have tried to call, but nobody answers phones. I'm getting frustrated for something that could be so easy to do. A one hour hold is not acceptable. Anybodies mail could be stolen at any time, but nobody will answer the phone. This is an emergency!!!!!!!!!!

What is the problem with the phone number. I have called it numerous times and nobody answers, but I believe it is put on hold and then at some point disconnects. Someone should answer the phone at the location.

Interesting to read this while I have been on hold for and hour and fifteen minutes. I'm trying to track and express mail item that should have been delivered two days ago. Tracking says it's in Lynnwood.

Why is my mail arriving late at night? I know there is a new carrier, but the mail does not arrive until about 1900 (7PM) or later. I thought the carriers had to be off the street by a certain time to make transfer and cancellation on the day. I live in the Stonebridge community. My neighbors know I used to work for the USPS and they are calling me. I have been retired for 5 years.

Stonebridge, huh? The HOA dues there are utterly ridiculous!
