I mailed a package that was to arrive Sat., Sept. 25th. The receipt # is 840-59800065-4-5028762-2. The tracking #9505 5131 1267 6174 96. I tried to track the package. The system says there is no record of this tracking number. The recipient had not received the package! Please find the package and deliver it!

I lived in the 98155 zip code area and have not receive essential mailings yet this month. I called both the local number and the universal number; neither gave me a response. Can you help me out? Thanks - Toni Nyman

On what schedule is my mail supposed to be delivered? It is not occurring daily. Did delivery service change?

Our regular guy is simply the best. We had a female mail-person yesterday 09/16/2020, seen her before, say hello not reply, try to talk to her no reply. She knows where the package mailboxes are, showed her the last time even as she didn't even acknowledge I was alive!, and she just dumped all of them, and there was over a dozen on the bench in the lobby, and left. I brought them back to the package area floor, for homeowners know to look there if expecting something. Look, I'm with you guys with all that's being done to you! We even understand why we don't get our mail until 6:pm or latter, but we sure could do with whatever her problem is mail-person. Give us a brake and send someone else please!

Worst managed post office ever! Lying carriers with no accountability, customer service people who go out of their way to be rude and management while is afraid to do anything to correct it. When the day comes everyone needs to vote to privatize the us mail. These people obviously don't want the job. Well paid, excellent benefits and nothing but attitude and ignorance.

I just called this office to try and find a number for anyone in the payroll department (regarding a matter for a family member who couldn't make the call). I figured they wouldn't have the exact number but thought they could at least pass me off to a main office somewhere... or ANYONE in a higher position who might do the same. Some guy named Ron answered and refused to help me. He said they didn't have that information. They didn't have any information and he couldn't help me by giving me any other phone numbers to try. Very dry, rude, and uncaring. Short of calling him an a- hole, I told him he was incredibly unhelpful. I was SHOCKED he couldn't even be bothered to try and make me someone elses' problem. Just incredibly shocked at the level of unprofessionalism.
