USPS has to be the worst. If you want something not done and then miscommunicated they got you covered.

We have been having some issues receiving our mail before 7 PM over quiet some time and some days we don't even get it. It is winter and we understand and have tried to be patient but its getting a little frustrating and its been going on for a long while. We called the local post office to see if there was a change made or what could be going on and the postal worker at the desk whom answered the call, Lynn, was extremely rude to me. I have never been treated that way before. Wow! I will call on Monday to talk to the manager Jeff. It was obviously so offensive I decided to find out how I could report this. So sad! He probably should not be working in customer service or with the public.
